Authorised Samsung Service Center - Aarco One

I'm writing to express my dissatisfaction with the job of this authorized service center of Samsung.
Recently I've noticed that the inner screen protector of my phone (Z Fold4) was peeling off at the center and edges.
I went there to change it and they assured me that it was a cosmetic job and that wouldn't affect the performance of my phone but after 2 hours, the screen protector wasn't properly aligned with the screen and there were bubbles and dust particles trapped underneath it.
The technician had also applied heavy pressure on the screen with his nails and fingers, leaving visible marks and scratches on it.
He had completely ruined the screen protector and functionality of my expensive phone.
When I confronted him about the poor quality of his work, he was rude and dismissive.
He said that it was the only screen protector they had in stock and it's not available anymore.
He refused to take any responsibility or offer any solution.
He said that I should be grateful that he didn't charge me anything for the service.
I'm so disappointed and upset about the health of my phone.
I recommend you do not go to this branch.
