Bad services they didn't revert after they confirm availabilty they didnt share details infact not picking phone also not taking initiative to take followup with client.

We had a lot of fun during our Kashmir trip. Lot of snow fall and very clod Kashmir. Thanks Avaniholidays for this beautiful arrangement. Driver for our 7 days cab service is very nice and friendly. He always want to help and show a lot of things and guide us. I think it very important to have someone help you on the trip. And we are so lucky to have him. It is not easy to travel Kashmir without such assistant. Not a single problem we face during our Kashmir trip and we love our trip with the wonderful driver and in last thanks to Avaniholidays for this awesome arrangement.

Please guys do not book your travel trip through AvaniHolidays Delhi.
It's a travel company completely filled with very low category staff.
Their peon n housekeeping staff deals with the customers.
Very disappointed with them.
Pls don't put yourself in a trap like I did.
They take advance payment from us to book the hotels n then say dates are not available.

I booked Vaishno Devi Amritsar Package with this travel agency. I experience was good.we are 6 persons and our Hotel in Katra and Amritsar was also good. 2 Triple bedded rooms are offered to my family not faced any issue on this religious trip. I will preferred this agency if you are looking for any trip during holidays.

I was booked Udaipur and Mount Abu Package with this agency through my company staff. Hotels provided in Udaipur was 2 star but it was very good. But face problem in Mount Abu hotel. That hotel was rating of 3 star but its not looking like a 3 star. Finally we cancel this hotel (Hotel Maya Palace, Mount Abu) While we keep ludge in this hotel and after see hotel condition want to refuse to stay then hotels comes on "Gundagardhi" but this agency cooperate and tell that we are shifting you in another hotel.

Overall good service from this agency. Cab and driver provided is punctual of time and coperate a lot to view and explain of sightseeing. He is looking like a taxi driver cum Tourist Guide.

I was booked Jodhpur jaisalmer tour package with this agency. Hotel was good and food in hotel was also good. They provide me one night in tent camp in Jaisalmer (Maharaja Resort). Camp was very good but food taste was not good. They serve a lot of items but items are not as our taste. Cab driver come 2 hrs late last day so we miss some sightseeing places. But overall satisfied with service and arrangements.
