I purchased splendor x tect from this centre, initially it was giving average of 80+km/litre, got serviced my bike after 500 km, then now my engine is very noisy and i am getting an average of 50-55 km/litre. Even after rechecking the problem remains the same, rude staff, unka kehna hai ki fule injector bike me average jo hao vahi rehti hai average theek nhi hoti aisi hi chlegi, untrained staff,
thank god their service centre has now permanently closed. Now they will not trouble any more to other customers

They sell two whelers that's fine but the showroom is very untidy and unorganized,
Also the AC they keep switched off during peak humid conditions.

I took the bike on October 10th, after three days I got a problem with the bike, then I went back, then he said that he will go and get the service done.

Even to get job card done u have to wait more then 1 hours
Less staff and very slow service compared to different brands

Even the customer waiting area is so stinking
And in month of august during high temperature the ac is not working
Pathetic service experience

All Vehicle Models available and sales and service is very good. Here staff is very polite and well trained. Got my motorcycle serviced well in time and all facilities are excellent.

Very bad service don't have the etiquette and manners to deal with customer they should not ask to sit to customer

After running 500-700 km engine of bike is very noise
Then i check bike at another service center then couldn't find 1 drop of engine oil
They cannot filled engine oil in last service plz don't go here

3 stars because their service was not good at all they delayed the product and no delivery experience just they gave a gate paas and then say go. And their location on maps is different and in actual its opposite west Delhi riders-yamaha showroom

Totally pathetic experience not recommended anyone to take vehicle for service here.instead take your vehicle to local mechanic for service

This is the worst service centre.
Their service is not good.
They don't give your bike on time, they don't even let you to check your bike service going on is ok or not if you go to mechanic to check then, their supervisor come to you and gives you the lesson to go out and wait in waiting room.
In the end the service becomes costly which you never expected.

Showroom is big and all models available. Location also very good with service facility on back side.

They however need to work on their staff behaviour. They sometimes behaves very rudely.

Gate security gaurd is very nonsense. Bad behavior and he is not entry in his register for bike service.

Very rude and thife type person. I hav purchase a splender bike. Prices of bike they told me 82000, in cash and in finance
107000. They sell me bike in 107000. They charge me 25000 for finance.
. I recommend to everyone don't buy anything from here.

Completely worst experience with claim staff not avilable on call and take too much time to deliver bike ill wating for since 20 days but delivery is still pending

Servicing is good, but wait time is too long & also they don't check everything properly.

This is best place to buy hero motorcycle, but only cash, for finance, it will very costly they charge @3500 - 5000 in the name of processing fee.

Wrost service and wrost staff i will never recommend this to anyone in my life employees take commission on vehicles without telling to customers.

Third Class customer care support, Cheated customers who illiterate, in the name of file processing, insurance, registeration charges etc

At the section of service of vehicles on that place staff don't talk properly and service of a vehicle is not satisfactory

One of the biggest hero bike dealers in Delhi. All hero motorcyle and scooter models are available here. From commuter to top end. Finance facility is also available. Showroom interior is good and well maintained. Staff is helpful and very responsive.

All are good but Rc issues related advisor has little sense to talk to customers and staring eyes makes customers angry

Nice Service Center with Friendly Staff. Overall Service I yet have to experience in next 2 months. So.

Just a usual bike servicing point but what makes it different is it's staff. Staff is very helpful here and very patient while listening your problems.

They called me for service & i made a booking for online service. They said if u face any circumstance contact me & gave time for sunday. In morning, the service coordinator said we didn't get any list for booking, then we contacted to the person who called, she said we don't book service for sundays. I always come on Sundays for service & there was always booking for bikes, but why not today as well as i never satisfy with them, once they didn't fix a clucth issue, last time timing issue, this time booking issue.

I have brought a two wheeler from Avni Motors (I) Pvt Ltd.
So usually I go there in every 3-4 months for vehicle maintenance and servicing.

Staff are cooperating but have to tell them the problem number of times, still they miss some of the problems and waste your time unnecessarily.
