I had a very bad experience with an employee at the Cash counter/teller He was very adamant and just said no to my work and was really unapologetic and had a very lame attitude.

One of the most pathetic branch. They have deducted very high amount from my account without informing me and the staff including the branch head is very casual. They don't revert nor are they refund in the charges. Further, their RM says that they cannot share the policy/rules via which they have deducted the charges. Each time a new RM calls or picks the call and u keep on telling them the same issue again and again. They don't even revert to customer queries. Worst branch ever.

13 Employee found Covid Positive just by there careless and greedy attitude. They are so greedy amongst there employee so you can imagine how they think for their Customer’s.

Very bad customer service
I went to close my loan, no proper explanation given by the staff. They are not aware about how to close the loan in there branch or not guide me for the correct way

Customer service for this bank is pathetic. It is always frustrated if try to reach out for any banking related help.

Very bad experience.
I am a Priority Customer in Axis Bank. I am from Itanagar and my account is from Itanagar (A. P.) but I had some emergency in Delhi so I visited the Green Park Axis bank to get some cash. The cashier guy Tyagi had a bad attitude and had me waiting there for 2 hours. They said they have to contact my home branch or else they won’t be able to give my money. This is really pathetic. Aren’t the banks interconnected? What will be the perks of having an account in Axis bank rather than lousy SBI?
And one guy P. Sharma was also rude and the attitude was not good. Even though I am from the North East, it doesn’t mean that they will treat me in that manner. And still am a priority account holder.
Overall a very bad experience.

Very bad experience staffs are not helpful and the branch number is not correct. They making fool of their customers like me. Very bad experience in this AXIS BANK BRANCH

Talkin'about my review
Pros
1. Most of the services related to banking are available online.
2. I have opened a new ASAP account. It was done online. But i visited this place to complete my KYC
3. The staffs are really helpful and try to help u with everything they can do
4. They are very prompt in loans and mutual funds
5. All basic amenities are present.
6. It's easy to notice from a moving vehicle.

Cons
1. Google shows a wrong direction for this place as this place is in the main road only. No need to take the street
