NO CUSTOMER SUPPORT, ALWAYS CALL IS BUSY, already provided documents for KYC but my account is freezed till now,

Poor service, poor attitude of staff towards customer satisfaction. Worst branch of Axis I have ever visited. Decided to change home branch of my savings & current account to Gurugram Axis branch to get rid of the poor services of Saket branch. This branch does not deserve a single star even. I am rating this 1 star because there is no option to give negative rating.

Worst customer service. When they want to create an account they put all their efforts as they would get incentives. The moment they create your account they stop assisting. I should have posted it already but i gave them the benefit of doubt but its happening again and again. They dont pick up calls. Dear staff aplog thoda kam karliya karo.

Great experience with saket branch, politely handled all my queries in a great manmer by staff mansi.rely recomendable.

Help desk is pathetic. Miss Mansi should know the manners how to help or deal with the customers.

They do not even do signature verification. They ask to visit home branch which was green park for us. They always irritate us by saying transfer account here. Even though we live in saket, for such reasons, we do not prefer this stupid saket branch.

Staff is very sluggish in working, they waste time of customer. I have run many times to this branch and work Not done yet. Worse than government bank. Not worth opening account in this bank

One of the bank employ name Jyoti make me fool from last 3 Months. I called her regarding account opening she collect my all documents and 1 cheque also.
She didn't give me any reply. If she didn't know any thing, than why bank not assign me any experience employ.
They only waste the time of their clients.

I'll never visit saket axis bank others banks are so good and care about the customers.

Very poor experience, we expect more from bank like you. Things or asset you have that should work. No one wants to go to bank physically these days, but some things are possible from banks only.and when we are not given supposed treatment or service.it becomes frustrating.

I was told by an executive that my account will get re-activated within 48 hours and she would call me up to inform the same. 4 days have passed, i have not recd.any call/update. She also gave me a Customer Care (automated) ph.no.which is useless since i do not have any Customer id to connect feed in to. Now i do not know whom to approach & how.

VERY VERY BAD SEVICES, MOST STAFF NOT WANT TO WORK ON TIME, WORK LIKE GOVT. EMPLOYESS. IF THERE IS OPTION OF (-) STARING THEN I GIVE -5 STARS

Very unprofessional staff and don't have manners to talk.
Avoid this branch as much as possible.

Poor service never open bank account with this bank and this branch.staff behavior is very non responsive and seems they do not like to resolve customer issue.

The cashier behaviour is so rude and they don't prioritises their client and just busy in doing there own banking stuff instead of doing the cashier job. I went for self cheque withdrawal and it took me almost 45 minutes then i talk to the branch head and the branch head gesture and instant response was so nice. He get my work done withing minutes. Thankyou sir

Can't find -ve marking method to rate Axis bank customer satisfaction. These guys just know and can't do. Even SBI is doing good for customer service. VERY POOOOOR, Now I am moving to Kotak which is far better.

Worse misbehaving staff in branch, they doesn't no how to treat their own customer, they delayed the process of helping. Useless axis bank branch

I seen in bank employee person's will seat ideal but they will not respond immediately.

Old employee doing ragging on new employee by providing work load.
Due that system work slow.
Old employee set ideal but no one helping him.
