The staff is very useless some don't work.
Went to close the account to give the form, no one was taking it when I got angry, took my form and put this stamp, I took the photo because he was not giving any slip.

Worst experience with Axis bank.
I had applied for Current account with Yamuna Vihar Branch and deposited the cheque about 15 days before but till date my account not opened.
Also bank is not ready to refund my amount also.
Bank Employees Mr. Monu and Mr. Shikhar have stopped responding on my calls also.

Koi phone pick nhi karta. 20 july ko main PPF account op n karwane ke liye branch gya wha manoj kr. Sharma ne mujhe PPF form dene se mna kar diya. Very poor behiever. I will complaint him.

Always delayed working. Don’t realise value of time. It takes them half a month to realise that returned cheques need to be sent. The delays after that are excused for courier company. If you have patience for a month to receive your documents then it’s a nice branch
