Bad service of Rajendra Nagar Axis Bank ever. No one responding and not taking seriously of any issue. Branch Manager /Operation manager (Mr. Abhishek) service is very poor.

It's housed in a residential plot on the first floor. Parking facility only for owners and cars parked on the road are at risk of being towed away. The cash counter is on second floor. The branch is okay for home banking but it could be more efficient especially with elderly clients. Sorry! No landline if you wish to contact it.

Zero star, the worst branch I have ever seen in private banks.
I have chase their operation head for almost 3 months.but still my problem is not fixed.visited there several times and they won't responds on calls.there customer services are worst.
DO NOT CHOOSE THIS BRANCH!

The experience at this place was pathetic. I went for a simple remittance transaction on 13th June, 2022. The staff was portraying themselves as they were really concerned for their clients and will even touch the seventh sky to ensure that the request of the clients are addressed with the stipulated time. But the reality is altogether opposite to that. Today it is 20th of June, 2022 and still my beneficiary has not received the money in Hong Kong and even after my numerous calls and messages to the executive, they are just giving me lame excuses. There has not been a single time that they were able to explain me the actual reason behind such a long delay. Ultimately they have stopped answering my calls and responding to my messages. Now I am not left with any other option but to go the branch and ask for the reason for such a delay. Pathetic people, pathetic response and pathetic experience. I strongly suggest not to consider this branch for any of your transactions because the staff here has covered their shrewd faces behind a dedicated employee mask.

Worst staff with no ethics of how to work.staff is always busy talking to each other on stupid topics.they have no interest in customers query this is the worst axis bank branch highly disappointed with this staff.

Kindly share us the exact location and address ot this axis bank because right now I came on this address here is not any Axis bank branch office. Please put correct addressed. This Axis Bank is right opposite to th RAJENDRA PARK on Shankar Road. Near MOTI MAHAL DELUX and near BHARAT CONTINENTAL.
