Axis bank service is very very bad I have open a account on 2nd December till now today is 14 th december there is no any update regarding my account number my passbook and check book ATM any thing when I taking to axis bank employe he is saying they all deliver to your place and when I taking to axis bank online services they say they have no idea about anything I have never recommended this bank to any one.
Axixs the day after Thanksgiving and the day before the end of this month to get it on the day before that I am a meeting with you to discuss my name and phone number for you to get it on the day before the day before that I am a meeting and service is not showing is sunny day in a row and service to get back to you and your family a very merry and I will get back to the last.
Absolutely no Customer Service, only thing they want is to sell their products. They provide you Relationship banker who does nothing but just want to meet their targets and would like you to invest in their products. Being an NRI I thought few of my banking issues will be sorted out, but NO, you keep ringing them and they keep disconnecting your phone.i don't think I will be banking with them. This is the state of Naraina Vihar Branch New Delhi. TOTALLY INEFFICIENT & POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE
I wish i could give them a zero star. Staff is hell rude at naraina vihar branch. Manager is not there when we need. Staff doesn't even have manners to talk to clients. Specially from the credit card section upstairs. Totally mannerless, stupid and rude woman she was. She Doesn't even shared her name so dat i won't be able to complain, when i reach out for manager. He was missing somewhere n nobody knows where. Totally unproffesional stupid and rude staff
