Very bad experience and I am an NRI investor. Dealing now with another bank and their response is amazing. Advise no one to use this bank! Their relationship managers are a joke
Worst service. Accountant never be in his cabin. Worst service. Staff (gaurav kumar) only do chatting with frnds and their known one. And wont allow customers to talk. Always wait wait nd wait. See the pic.
I think the staff here is taking salary for free, just sitting there and taking chai samosa. Dont even bother to pick up the phone. Why do you guys even give your branch number. Bloody sarkari karamcharis.
I went here twice to update my Aadhaar card details. Here is what happened on both occassions: - 1. I went here at around 12 in noon and they told me that Aadhaar update is only possible if I take toke in the morning by 9 30 AM.
2. On the second occassion I went there at 9 35 AM and they said that they can't give the token now as it is only given before 9 30 AM. I asked them how come they have such a stringent rule only for the aadhaar and they told me that is due to the rush. But, believe me there is no more rush at such centres. They have made this rule to make their life and work easier!
Not just this, taking a token before 9: 30 AM will not help you as you will have to leave the bank premise after obtaining the token and come back at 10: 30 AM to begin the process of Aadhaar update. This may take another hour to complete, provided all their equipments are working fine.
Most of these banks are least interested in doing Aadhaar updates and thus, they restrict it in this way.
The staff is extremely rude and unprofessional as they are trying to misguide us with incorrect information.
Inspite of being a Private bank, they are no better than a govt.bank. Really pathetic experience. Never going to re-visit this Axis Branch!
