The loan facilities in this so-claimed top notch bank is so pathetic that even for account statement of a closed account you need to visit the centre. Are we living in 19th century or IT Enabled era where even government services are available online and are just a click away? It was the worst mistake to have taken loan from such a pathetic bank with low user interface. Neither the axis bank app offers the simple facilities for downloading account statement nor the internet banking has the solution. The sleepy customer care tosses the calls between banking team and vice-versa and after a long ding dong on the call says u have to visit the centre just to get your loan statement.pathetic

Because bank staff not resolve any customer problem and also herace to people

I am totally disagree with the service telly assistant are miss guiding me apply credit card via phn call.it's very wrong don't misguided to customer bcz we trust your services but now i didn't trust Axis Bank you all are fraud. Bad Experience
