Employees are so lazy they Do not work properly. My account get frozen, I visit the branch she (counter number 7) say till evening it is activated but till date not done.

A third class bank ever
There is not any value of customer’ time.
Even govt banks are better than this axis bank branch sec 5 Dwarka.
Cash deposit machines are permanently out of service and cash counter employee is mostly absent

Its a hassle to deal with Axis bank employees specially their salary account opening officials. I went on Dece61st to get my salary account opened. Basis my salary, I was eligible to apply for a specific card bjt the bank person who visited my place, came with a very basic kit which offers no benefits.later, I was told to meet Ms Aarti in the bank and get an account opened which by max would be activated waiting 24 hrs. This lady had no knowledge about how to proceed with my online application and made me fill a paper application and said that the account will be activated by December 7th max. It is still not activated and she is not even responding to calls.highly non customer centric bank.and under qualified staff.

Hello Team,

Writing this email to describe the unpleasant behavior I had to face with two of your branches in Dwarka. I'm not entirely sure how on earth they can simply tell a white lie on a customer's face. My issue is around dormancy in my Axis bank account which I was looking to resolve but the employees in these branches kept me waiting for half an hour and then told me that it cannot be resolved as of then.

And when I asked why on earth in today's modern era when everything can happen virtually, why there is a need for me to visit the home branch which is very far from my current place. And then they came up with different reason viz.

1: The branch's head whose approval is needed to remove the dormancy is on leaves and will come after 15 days. If I'm okay with that, I can come after 15 days and get it resolved.

2: This gentleman who sits at counter no. 2 said the head of the branch whose thump impression is required to remove the dormancy has gone outside on a call and will be back after half an hour and told me to come back after 1 hour.

I honestly couldn't possibly imagine how they can give a run around to customers. Looks like Axis bank has forgotten the ethics of customer centricity.

Of course, it goes without mentioning that I'll be terminating my a/c with axis after this baloney.

Although, I would like to request Axis bank to have empathy for the customers and understand that customers are human too. Our time is also important as yours. No one likes to visit banks again and again.

I really hope this email gets to the right authority and in future no one has to undergo this unpleasant treatment.
