Axis Bank Branch

Very slow service of Palam village branch and very bad experience for past 5 months looking for support with no success, email ID is wrong, Phone number is wrong, better the Branch manager should correct this issues.

They don’t even know the charges for DD. I am not sure what kind of bank is this!

Today I went to Axix Bank Palam Branch. Being accompanying 76 yrs old lady I was worried, due to her age and three four works. First we went to May I help you counter who after listening to our queries patiently, initiated work and sent help. But as the three four things were to be done we were sent to Kritika/ Kirti on another desk. To our utter surprise she helped us not only in completing our work but asked for water and helped in a very courteous way. 70 yr old lady sitting on her desk was so overwhelmed that she gave lot of blessings to her than and there. Thanks to all in the branch and Particularly Kritika and cashier for such a wonderful experience. I personally felt very good. BHAGVAN IN SAB KA BHALA KAREY.

This is like a mail branch in Palam area and have almost all bank department faculty
