I was there to change my account type, I talked to Ms. Shweta there she was rude and unhelpful I have to call them every now and then to get update, worst axis branch.

The address take u to the different location through defence colony.
Completely wrong address and location.

Axis Bank Branch is not their. Might it be shifted to other place. The new address as Nirmal Colony Block 6 Lajpat Nagar 4

Now I see why people say Delhiites are cold, miserable and unhelpful. This branch of Axis is the epitome of such a description. I simply wanted to change my address. I didn't know I had to have an aadhaar card or voter ID card - I'm clearly a foreign national.can't you help provide any more information? And I clearly gave you all the information you need.

Basically no-one here seems to smile, let alone want to actually do their job.

I was so given so many dead ends in my one visit here that I'm looking to see which other banks can manage my finances.

This is a useless branch. I was never able to take any of their services as the employees are rude and dont know about their own products. Avoid this branch if you can!

I have a current account with this Axis Branch, and i must say that stay away from this branch, the manager here Jasmeet Kaur is the worst ever bank staff i have come across, Axis bank must take this seriously and terminate these sort of employees who dont care for their clients.
Else many of the customers from Axis will shift to other bank who provides better customer service.
Axis bank has deactivated my withdrawal and transfer facility in the middle of pandemic due to KYC not completed, when i asked them to send the documents which i need to submit they did not revert, in fact Jasmeet Kaur the manager was encouraging to visit the nearest branch
which is impossible for us during covid and this affecting our daily business too.

Really a very bad service.actually I book online appointment for Aaddhar update, my appointment time is 10.30 A. M on dated 13.12.2019 when I reached at Bank on time the staffs told me that our web camera are not worked right now actually they harass the customer. I mean to say that when the bank is not able to update Aaddhar, then why are they giving an appointment to the customer. And when we are calling the bank, the bank does not even receive the call. Bank's service is very messy. Bank Staff are not co-operative with customer. They don't value the customer's time.

Very bad service. I book online appointment for addhar enrolment, my appoint ment time is 10 Am but officer not come on time office come in11 A M we have not received any notification. And after one hours office said to me come after 3.30 Pm, All other addhar center working no any server down but axis addhar not work.

Very bad service, staff are not cooperative nd manner less. The bank should train them for manners before providing job.
