With due respect I inform you that I received 1lakh 93thousand in multiple transactions from students in between 17-19th june 2023 because I am currently handling a mess business in sheik bikhari medical college hazaribagh due to which I had to collect money from students as it was approved in DTDC tender that students have to pay 15days prior in advance to avail mess service. I even sent few documents to Ms Reena (operation head, axis bank new delhi), which justifies the above mentioned reason. Hence I was not aware about the terms & conditions of salary account, I sincerely apologize for that.
I kindly request you to remove the freeze from my account on priority basis as I am unable to use the amount paid by students to run their mess. Please understand my situation and update on the same
