If only I could take my hairdresser (Baba) back with me to London! Always plan my India trips around getting a haircut from Baba. Always get a LOT of compliments. I have personally only tried hairspa and haircuts (both worked out great for me) but my best friend got her hair colour from Baba and we all loved it too! Give him a raise already!

I took pedicure service from Ayna Prashant Vihar branch by the guy called Mohit who made sure of my comfort and he did the pedicure very professionally all the hygiene measures where kept in mind by him and his colleagues. All over it wasa nice experience. I would love to visit again.

Horrible attitude of the Salon Manager. The industry he is working into, is totally based on customer satisfaction. Firstly, he will quote different rates for for the same spa every time, trying to make a fool out of you. Even when his hair dresser has already updated me with the rates, then also, he was trying to quote different rates
Secondly, he doesn't even know how to behave.
I was seven months pregnant, when I visited the salon, and he kept me waiting for 20 minutes becuse my bill was Rs1150 and he could not arrange change of Rs. 1500/-. Honestly, he didn't even try, he kept sitting and he was like, mam change le aao. Finally, had to call up my husband who finally settled the bill.

During my entire, worst experience by any service provider. Initially Arman used to deal with me, never had to deal with the manager.
But after Armaan switched, and had to deal with the manager, it seemed like he wanted me not to come again or may be he is like that only.

HORRIBLE ATTITUDE
I would request the management to look into this because I was a regular customer of your salon since almost last 1.5 year and now I don't feel like going there because of your male manager at the reception.

I had an absolutely wonderful experience. 
They work with high quality products ; mail art was so artistic and with creative look " was just fantastic! 

The staff at the parlour were real sweet and considerate. All in all a very professional salon with such soothing ambience - u won’t feel like leaving the space

Very friendly staff! Very clean facility! They used high quality products, doesn't rush, Mr. Chand worked on me, I got a unique color done they were able to do what I wanted.very satisfied.highly recommend them.

Pathetic way of handling customers by manager Jaya and pathetic services by armaan just focused on minting money.making fool of their owners by fraudly taking money under the table for services. No gst bill provided on taking services you can practically try by demanding for bill. All money going in the pockets of staff ultimately making the owner suffer. Do not even share number of their owner.as the handler here jaya will ask for proofs i am attaching a screenshot of no replies by arman. Jaya is so much pathetic that she will give you free services in order to compensate their faulty services. No professionalism to talk to customers, just money minded with ego of having thousand of good reviews saying one bad review wont make a difference to their salon. The owner is loosing his earning very nicely by keeping such cheapsters at work.

Extremely bad experience. No professionalism. Went for a hair cut and beard trim. Hair were not cut symmetrical at all. No finishing nothing. It feels as if the person was not trained at all. I didn’t even pay for the haircut because IT WAS NOT WORTH IT! Special request to the owner if you are reading this please hire a trained staff because seriously for that person did not listen to the the details and did what he had to do even after showing the picture how i wanted the cut to be.

Would Highly recommend this Salon. Especially "Baba", he is one of the Best Hair Artist I have met after a long time. Must Visit
