The worst hospital I have seen and this is because I have experienced this two time.
1. Time my father was admitted in ICU for two months and they looted all my money but couldn't cure my father and once situation got out of control they reffered me to another hospital my making a baseless excuse saying they don't have machine to test him.
2. My mother was admitted for cervical disability again they looted my money and I finally I had to take her to another hospital.

My father was admitted under Dr. Richa Singh (neurologist).
She took almost one month but could not cure the disease. She is neurologist and when the case went out of hand she said that you should have consulted with chest specialist. Now my question is if my father was supposed to be treated from chest specialist why she did not tell us first day after 25 days she just found that my father should be treated by chest specialist. Same on you Dr. Richa.

The rubbish hospital I have ever seen and have the poorest of poor ICU service.
The so-called "NEURO" department totally is inexperience, blank and unskilled
(I.e. Your life is meant for experiment in there hands). They are there to make money only.
In my case they fail to diagnose, and were about to do the serious operation of disc displacement, but I will thanks the "Neuro*" Surgeon's zero confident just before the day of operation that they are incapable and not efficient to do the operation.

By God Sake we have shifted the patient to different hospital and they had correctly diagnosed and identified that the patient is actually suffering from GBS virus (Search it on YouTube).

That means we were paying lacs of rupees in Ayushman hospital to kill the patient.

So here the so-called "Neuro" experts is totally blank, joker (making joke of patient life) and are % inexperienced.

This hospital is good for only cough and cold like illness and is totally worst, fake, fraud for serious ailment.

In last, I would better recommend to take the call seriously for your loved one before going to this hospital.

Dr SP Singh (Dermatology) is excellent doctor. Visited him twice for skin infection related problem. He helped a lot with his experience. Understood my situation and gave necessary treatment.

My brother with 2 of his friends got injured in road accident so I came here for first ade they took so much of time in formalities and I was very clear that just do the dressing rest I will take care with my family doctor but still they were busy in doing prescription n all and talking rude ki hum too ye sb karenge aap k bolne se nhi hota h kuch. My brother is having fracture in his hand stiill they took so much time very bad experience.

Worst hospital in Dwarka… with zero staff coordinating and sheer negligence. Will never recommend anyone to take admit there family members in this hospital.

Someone I know was admitted for 2 days. Even visiting the person was difficult as no lifts worked. The person who was admitted left without even completing the treatment because the condition of hospital was so bad

I wish to thank each person that was together with me in my stay in the hospital. The staff was excellent and thanks for providing the health care.

Treating Doctor is good humble and polite well explained the treatment but Service of 7th floor is pathetic my father is admitted in room no. 701E, call bell is not working on request staff nurse suggested my mother to use side patient call bell, washroom is totally mess to get it cleaned my mother has to request many people on floor, maintenance person came at 6: 34pm to repair the call bell since my father is admitted from morning suddenly he got a call from someone in team without repairing the call bell he left the room, I think all services is only of single room or twin sharing patient don’t know for what reasons Hospital management has to treat all patient equally without any discrimination, medical admin team please look into it and work on 7th floor.

This is about the doctors of Ayushman hospital. My father was suffering from hepatitis C and he was admitted in ICU in Ayushman hospital. Till 15 days they did all the test and could not even found out the exact issue. Dr. Who was the treating my father is very greedy and Cunning person. Till 14 days she did not tell what is the exact problem. And once case got spoiled she just tranfer.

Skin care unit at sector 12 is only meant to make money. Can't recommend to anyone. The people on the helpdesk are not aware about the policies. The unit is only promoting the skin products and doctor's will write the product that is available in their own product selves. I went there to return 1 product that doesn't suit to my kid's skin and they refuses to return stating we do not have return policy and any adult can use the product, which clearly shows they sit there only to sell skin care product.

No lady operator for Gyenaic related Ultrasound in hospital. Only males r hired to perform ultrasound. Can u imagine. Do u really want to go to such hospital. Try it, u will face the same issue. Do share ur experience on this review portal.

Single staff at pharmacy and very long queue. For single medicine I have wait 30 minutes in counter, service is too slow. How the medicine will reach patient on time.

Poor service, lack of senior and experienced doctors. Very poor discharge process. You have to wait for afull dayto get your patient.

Worst treatment given to patients. Very quick in sending patients for billing but no staff or Doctor are answerable to any queries. Shifting of patient from Casualty to Room took whole day.

If there would be an option to give rating in negative then I would have given negative rating due to the unprofessional behavior of one of your doctor in emergency ward. My wife is pregnant and today morning she met an accident. When we arrived in Ayushman hosptial in emergency ward, Dr. Satish said that they can't admit in emergency ward and we have to go to OPD, so we went to OPD and its 9: 30 AM in morning so OPD will open at 11: 00 AM, she was having little abdominal pain also and pain in shoulder too. So instead of waiting we thought we should request Dr. Satish to take a look at the condition of my wife as she was having abdominal and shoulder pain. When we request Dr. Satish to admit my wife, so he responded and said "yaha kya sab ko leta lu". I am not sure what kind of language your doctor uses with patient but these wordings are really unprofessional and show how a person after studying this much can be illiterate and speaks to a woman like this. So we responded that if your wife would be same situation so would you be doing the same thing? So she responded "me uske 2 khantap marta" and he started shouting and said to the security guard "abey inko nikal na yaha se" and refuses to give medical care and uses a few other improper words. So, at 11: 00 AM OPD doctor, Dr. Raj Kumar attended and gave instructions to perform an X-Ray. So, after X-Ray reports came Dr. Raj admitted my wife to emergency ward and ask us to contact Gynecologist. After that things went well but my major concern is:

It seems in the eyes of Dr. Satish Bahadur Singh the value of baby's life is worthless who is still in womb.

What would happen if there would be some internal issues? Who would be responsible if anything would happen due to this delay?

Manika gautam, my physiotherapist in Ayushman is one of the best. She is very dedicated and sincere in her work. She helped me and explained all the process very patiently. She is knowledgeable, knows her work well. She is a very good asset to the hospital.

This has been an horrible nightmare to me as the emergency staff specifically the dressing guy. We were asked to sit, wait and get the stiches removal and medium dressing billed. But the guy left the patient and went to some upper floor for their own work. And just adding more info about the patient (he is a special case as he was shot by the goons), while keeping the concern of his security, the guy still left it for his own work, never been to such private hospital, it’s been an pathetic experience, would never recommend to anybody else.

There is a gynaecologist named some Shrivastava, she is impolite and rude. She dont empathise with patients. Hospital is economically cheap that why you find big crowd and not because of quality

I want to give zero stars to this hospital. This is a worst hospital in Delhi. I would not recommend this hospital to anyone. Don't visit here. They are unprofessional, rude and money minded. They don't understand the sensitivity of the patient. I admitted my 13 months old baby in this hospital and doctor advised me for MRI, EEG and echo tests but hospital staff was focusing for MRI only but my baby was not co-operating for this test and she was not sleeping during MRI so they gave sleeping medicine twice and one time anesthesia but MRI could not happen as per my baby was not co-operating so I asked for other test EEG which was very important but nurse Ms. Nikita on 5th floor she misguided me for test and misbehaved with me she was also rude with her replies. My baby was admitted for 36 hours but there was no MRI and EEG done and i wasted my money and my time. Please don't visit there.

I was expected that this hospital is good but I had bad experience and bad staff overall. My mother was admitted in this hospital and after operation even 24 hrs not completed they have discharged without any information. Also didn't tell us about that they have prepared billing doc and send to insurance company and also got approval. After this they even not entertain patients. I lost my mother during covid-19 second wave on 15 May 2021 She was admitted in Ayushmaan Hospital Dwarka Sector12 on 13 May. Dr Summit Mittal treated her. One day before her death she said -mujhe yaha se le jao yaha par meri koi nahi sunta. Dusre hospital mai beds available na hone ke karan hum mummy ko kahi or nahi le ja paye. Ussi din unka phone le liya gaya ye kah kar ki ICU mai phone aloud nahi hai. Unka us din CT scan kiya gaya sec10 le jakar. CT Scan ki report hume us din nahi mili papa wait karte rahe fir unhe 11pm bje ghar aana pada. Papa ki dur se mummy se baat hui thi unhone kaha ki ab mai thik hu aap ghar jao. Next day morning me call ata hai ki unki condition critical hai 2 injection ki jaroorat hai urgently arrange karo khud se. Unhone injection unke pass hone ke bavajuud Papa or relatives ko pura din ghumaya Last mai 5bje ke karib bhot request ke baad 1,20,000 cash payment mai without receipt or without debit card except kiye. They said- wait karo injection bhar se ayega. Cash payment ke baad bhi unhone hume kafi ghante tak wait karaya. Papa ne request kiya ki ap jaldi kareye kisi bhi cost par hume bas injection de dijiye phir unhone papa ke samne injection fridge se nikal kar diya jab wo injection doctor ke pass le kar gaye. They said- wait karo hum lagayenge Last mai they return the injection after an hour and they said at 7: 00 pm ab iski jarurat nahi hai SHE IS NO MORE. Paise dene ke bavajuud unhone treatment bhot late kiya Hospital ki laparvayi ki wajah se I LOST MY MOTHER Mere hands shiver kar rahe hai wo sab describe karte hua. Jab mere mummy gaye thi hospital they said ki rona mat mai jaldi thik ho jaungi. That day I didn't know that she was never came back from the hospital.

Ayushman hospital has world class FRAUD facilities. They just want your money and they can fall down to any level to do that especially the owner of this hospital Dr. Rajkumar. They scheduled knee operation for my dad and told us to do many lab tests and called us many times (everytime we paid consultant fees). They postponed the operation many times and atlast said that we have to go to Max hospital for the operation. And we agreed to that also but they again told us that sorry we can not operate. I have never seen such fraud hospital before.

I and my wife visited this hospital for Covid Vaccination. We were asked to fill in OPD Registration Form. I don't know why. We were not there for consultation or for admission.

After Vaccination, we just wanted to have snacks & coffee. The so called cafetaria is the worst I have come across in a big hospital. It is a small counter with tea/coffee made in pans on a gas stove. It took 15 minutes for a cup of coffee. As my wife is diabetic, I asked for Sugar-free, which was not available. The sandwich was hopeless, couldn't eat it all. Also no price list is displayed.

As I have taken the paid service at your hospital but with vaccination I am not getting the 2 paracetamol table. Saying that you need to purchase it. But in other hospital they are provided it free of cost.

It's means you dose not care of the patient only looking for the money.

I suggest not to come for COVID Vaccination at Ayushmann Hospital.

Admission process is too slow, rooms always short, parking big issue, cleanliness is mediocre, staff excellent but housekeeping contract is very poorly maintained.

Worst experience ever!

Went for paid first dose of covisheild vaccination. The person delivering the jab was in so much hurry and least bothered. The syringe was out already and was not torn out of any sealed packet in front of me. The cotton swab was dry, she gave shot from a distance without even holding my arm. I was out of the cabin within few seconds.

Wish I could give zero or negative score. I understand that institutions are there to earn money, but maybe if money is the only thing in mind then it's a disaster. I took my father as he got a heart attack. These guys made him sit in a chair in the ICU and when I told I want to take him somewhere else they started behaving angrily. Avoid this hospital at all costs.

They can’t even provide wifi password to the attendees. Staff says that attendees can use wifi till 5pm only + they don’t provide wifi in double sharing rooms.
Improper management and washrooms cleanliness is ZERO.
Gave my patient wrong diabetes medicine that her level dropped to 42.
Just operating a hospital without any hospitality and for the sake of earning big bucks.

Physician Dr. AMIT RANJAN SULTANIA is an EXCEPTIONAL doctor. After being scammed by Venkateshwat hospital for days with a dozen of tests and scans, Dr Ranjan prescribed just 2 medicines and I was back on track.
He is extremely patient and does not prescribe anything beyond necessity.

They are greedy person. Only want money, doesn't care about patient. Don't bring your love ones to this hospital. This hospital is just a traing centre for doctor and nurses doesn't have any experience. In ICU there is a duty Dr. Pramit Roy who is just a fraud doesn't know the condition of a patient and give them treatment without knowing patient reports. Don't trust blindly on them.

One of the best hospital for COVID-19. My mother was admitted there as she was corona positive and had severe lung infection. Thanks to Dr. Rajmani, Dr. Shakir and Mr. Darpan and every single staff member of Ayushman hospital she is now healthy.
They have very good service.
Provides very good quality food and on time.
Nurses are very good, They are very punctual with the medicine.
My mother didn’t have any complaint neither did we.

My mother was admitted to Ayushman Hospital, Ayushman Chowk, Dwarka, i really appreciate the services rendered by them, my mother was badly infected with Covid, 70% of her lungs were infected and stayed in this hospital for 23 days, it's well equipped, nice hot food, i was staying far away in Ahmedabad but was getting the updates on daily basis.

My whole family was affected from covid in nov 2020. Where my mom was critical. And I belonged to ECHS panel.
It was peak of covid first wave and I was struggling to admit my mom to any hospital. Where there was no ICU beds available. At that peak and critical moment it's Ayushman hospital where HR darpan somehow agreed to take in my mom besides knowing her criticality and start her treatment. I am highly grateful to him for his kindness and understanding the critical situation.

I would just say besides having all the negativity about hospitals and the treatment going around, just have patience and trust. With positivity we can surely win covid situation.

A big thanks to the doctors and the health care providers who did so much for my uncle (Mahajan Singh) admitted in the COVID ICU, they provided him with all the care and support.
The staff was very helpful, responsible and took all the precautions. They monitored him closely, which way he could recoup well.

Dr Rajmani was so knowledgeable and his expertise in his profession, helped him alot to recover.
Dr Shakir was providing very friendly environmental in the ICU.
Mr Darpan who admistrated all the functionality of the hospital in a very decent and smooth full way.

At last but not the least all the professional at the Ayushman Hospital are life saviour.

Totally non customer friendly front office & OPD billing staff. Only one window was functioning & rest of the staff was on hour long lunch. Social distancing was not observed. Doctor (OPD) came one hour late. OPD was full with medical reps, approx 20-21 med reps were sitting/ standing in the OPD alongwith patients. Doctor came with his three relatives for covid vaccinations. He insisted that vaccination be done in his cabin. During the consultation of myself & my wife, all three relatives kept on sitting despite my feeble verbal reservations. Totally casual examination by Doctor.

My mother was admitted in ayshman hospital sector12, N finally she got recovered now. Easy accessible and a very low budget covid hospital compare to any other, n staffs are also co operative.

An extremely genuine hospital with best health care staff whose sole aim is to see you feel well.
First beautiful experience was when my uncle had fallen severlely sick the staff at Emergency checked his vitals, motivated him and made him go home happily.
Next when my aunty (Anita Devi) was diagnosed Covid positive, she visited emergency and they recommended home isolation as she was feeling OK.
However, next evening when she was feeling discomfort, they immediately responded, took due care in emergency and later shifted her to the ICU where the staff is working round the clock, trying to satisfy everyone. All patients are far from their near and dear ones and although they are not family, yet they are doing their best.

A deep thanks to Dr Rajmani, Dr Shakir and Mr Darpan for there commendable job, It is a pleasure to see young girls and boys working hard without expecting anything in return. Thanks to these warriors whose identity is hidden behind the healthcare dress, people have hope of seeing better days.

Same billing queue for Rt pcr and vaccination billing. Worst experience of vaccination. There were no kind of social distancing they are allowing people in a small space. Same billing line for vaccination and Rt pcr test.we have to shout. If you want to save yourself from corona think 100 times before visiting there. When I asked a gaurd there he told me that "ek hi line hota hai Ma'am saare test ke billing ke liye" and another hospital staff said that "ma'am unko corona nahi hai woh toh Gadhwal jaane wale hain toh isi liye test karane aayen hain". Like they know the test result before performing the test.

Best Hospital that I have ever come across in the city. Amazing Doctors, Nurses and the entire staff at the hospital. My Uncle was admitted with severe covid and the treatment and the care received at the hospital saved him. Everyday uncle kept on praising the doctors, nurses, wardboys and the entire staff there.

Well at first the hospital facilities at sector 12 can put anyone in doubt about the treatment they will offer but I would say defying all the odds the treatment for my mother was good and she could recover from Covid.

Special thanks to Dr Sumit who is the visiting consultant, Darpan who heads the admin and Mukesh Rana who sits at sector 10. These guys were welcoming and helped a lot with the right information.

Like everything, there is a scope of improvement especially with the front line/junior doctors.

Very bad service I really don’t satisfied. I had done test in the morning one of the staff told me to collect the report by the evening time so come back to collect the report there is no a single doctor available even in emergency room or OPD section. All the staff are sitting together without any social distancing. No more Ayushman hospital for any kinds of treatment in future be careful everyone

I recently got admitted in the ICU of Ayushman Hospital due to covid and to be honest, the staff the manager (Mr. Darpan) and the whole experience was really good. They took excellent care of me throughout the whole journey and the recovery. The food faculty was really impressive and I was provided with medicines and meals on time. Dr. Sumit mittal, covid specialist was really helpful and supportive. He has a vast knowledge of the subject and provided me with every possible care and information needed throughout. I would highly recommend him and thr hospital.

I have been there for vaccination today. They called up 500 people with just one vaccination desk. I had to go through 4 different queues. One at entry gate where guard recorded name and mobile number.took around 45 minutes as queue was too long.then 2nd queue to validate appointment. 3rd queue to fill a form and get registered as OPD patient in order to make payment. 4th queue to finally get vaccinated.it was too chaotic. Some 100 people stuffed in a small waiting area. Such a pathetic experience. It was so scary situation. This hospital is spreading virus along with vaccine. Govt should not allow this hospital to carry on further vaccination.

I would like to show my gratitiude to all the the Doctor's, the Nursing Staff, the TPA & Admin staff.
I was tested Covid Positve and thought that I wouldn't survive, but I must thanks to Dr Rajmani Sir who not only treated me, but morally boosted me that I can win over this, you are genious sir.
Thanks to Dr Shakir who runs the ICU, provides uttermost care and fullfil all the needs of patient, last but not the least and Mr Darpan Boss who runs the administartion flawlessely in such pandemic, and explain all the details of the patient to the family members.

Very poor vaccine management they first said that your details are verified but after taking the first dose of vaccine they said that your details are not verified they also did not gave me the certificate.

Very professional and loyal medical staff. The management is also very helpful. My mother was admitted in the emergency room and was given proper treatment. Thankful for their support and service.

One of my relative admitted in Ayushman Hospital Sec 12 due to COVID 19 positive with severity score 22/25, several hospital refused to admit the patient but finally cantact Ayushman Hospital and admitted in Ayushman with the help of administration/management. Now relative condition is under control and after few discharged from hospital. Thanx Ayushman everything was proper, systematic and well managed. All services are good like medical facilities, checking and others things. Sepcial thanx to Dr. Rajmani, Dr. Shakir, Mr Darpan Singh, and Mr. Ravi

Not a good hospital.profiteering place and not good for emergencies. At one time this was one of the few hospitals in Dwarka, which is not the case now.

Please don't ask money minded and unprofessional, untrained pls ignore if no other options available

Receptionist and staff are very rude. Some of employees don't want to take responsibilities. Doctors generally don't give you appropriate time. They are making simply money from patients.

Worst Hospital and Money Minded people

I had very bad experience here as doctors in this hospital are careless, rude and money minded. Recently my wife delivered a baby via cesarean and she was discharged after 2 days. They did dressing on stitches and we were asked to visit after a week. After 4-5 days we called the gynae dr monika jain to inform about some leakage from stitches and she asked to visit the hospital for that.

Can you imagine what happened when we visited.they said the dressing done on stitches needs to be changed regularly now onwards and for that admit the patient again for 2 more days. I asked them if they are going to take the responsibility of the case as the cesarean was done by them and now there was an issue with the stitches and wound. And the answer for that was NO. That meant they didn't even took the ownership of their own patient who was operated by them. There responsibilities are over once you are discharged even if you have got some problems with the stitches etc. In this case I became a new customer for them and therefore I was to admit her again and pay all the expenses. Also receptionist quoted you need not worry about cost as I had mediclaim. Isn't it's a good business.
It's like you are buying a product and there is no after sales service.

I decided not to admit her again in this hospital even If I had insurance because they were fooling us and spoken to 2 other gynecologists in 2 different hospitals and both of them said that dressing needs to be changed every other day after discharge and not doing that has caused some infection. But ayushman hospital asked us to visit after a week and then treated us just like a new customer.

Dr monika.if you are visiting her for your upcoming baby then she will be very calm courteous, smiley face for the first few visits to make you her customer but once you are in last stage of your pregnancy or at the time of delivery she will become very rude and arrogant. So you need to be careful if she is handling your case. Also if you get a cesarean here then do get your stitches checked and dressing changed after every 2-3 days as I have discussed this issue with various doctors now and all of them said the same thing that it's not a good practice to keep the same dressing for a week.

Highly unprofessional staff.waited for almost an hour and in the end they said ENT doctor is not coming. The doctor was also unprofessional as he didn’t update his whereabouts to his own staff!

The hospital and doctors are money minded, and do not care about their patients health. Especially Dr. Raj Kumar (orthopaedic), he joined my father's hand bone wrong.

I will never recommend this money minded hospital to anyone to visit with their loved ones.
My dad had brain haemorrhage but still he reached hospital walking. But never came back. Hospital told us they will keep him in ICU for 12 Hours and will shift in ward after 12 hours.
But after 12 hours they kept him on ventilator for 1 week. After 1week they announced my dad is no more. I don’t how someone can enjoy their money at cost of someone’s life.
If I gave my dad’s life in their hand they should prove the trust. But they broke our family.
Please keep your patient at home rather visiting this “Ashmasaan”

Worst hospital. Dr Tyagi have given bad treatment with my kid, They are so rude. Not refer any one to go there for treatment. They are only money minded people.

Just visited ENT Dr Gogoi there, bad experience. Just into money minting. He asked for 2-3 xrays and then also gave phone number of the center.
The medicine he gave was for 1000, while same salt is available for 300 from Mankind. Why they always do this. I have seen this in past also with ayushman hospital, too expensive medicine they prescribe.

Gynae doctor named as Monika is such a bad lady. She does not help the patient rather discourages them. It's extremely unethical.
