Worst experience ever, they are only polite rest services are totally zero, I would never recommend this store to anyone, I ordered mirror worked seema gujral piece, which they promised to handover me by second week of October but its November first week n still they are creating issues, totally waste of time money, and they easily giving excuses that designer is not cooperating if this is the problem then shouldn’t outcast seema gurjral pieces. Never going to buy anything again from AZA.

Day before yesterday, I was come to purchase some outfit for my mother and me.
I was on 2nd, there was a Girl her name Muskan she's was assisting us.
Suddenly I don't know what happen to that girl she's shows not interested attitude to me and mom, I know there is sale on store but at least you should treat your clients manner.
And suddenly I don't know what happen to that girl Suddenly call me "PAGAL".
And the other curly hair girl also supporting her in front of me.
Is this the right way to treat your clients
And after this I also bought 7 dress which is about 1lakh.lack of professionalism and business sence
Collection is good but the girl is arrogant. I think  she judges on your looks. Kindly avoid shopping for here.

But now I'm thinking When I shop for lakhs, they treat me like I’m the only customer who matters and when I’ve shopped for just a couple of regular sarees (light, casual, not heavy) and the total is not very high, they talk to you in a very demeaning way and treat you like trash.
There was a another girl Akansha, she's is very good Humble.
Bought my 7 outfit and  Akansha ensured I get the one of my preference. She showed multiple options one after another with proactiveness.
She made sure everything goes.
And I think aza is very luxury brand so you should also train your staff , how to talk with clients instead of Saying "PAGAL"

Totally respect the rule one has kept for its showroom but they should make some sense.

Dresses whether on sale or fresh piece must be allowed to try. Trying a dress in a changing room is the basic need of a customer

We were denied to use the changing room as the dress we took was from one they had put on sale. Changing in a changing room with the assistance could easily be allowed.

We were asked to change the dress in the showroom itself in a corner  where there was a camera just above and that too on the top of the dress I was wearing.

Without proper changing how could I have got an idea as to how the dress fits me.

If the store would have been busy I would have totally understood the situation and acted accordingly but there was no such thing that day. Changing with a camera around.totally unacceptable

It’s a good store with an amazing mix of collection. The staff is very courteous and helpful. I was in a fix when I wanted an outfit urgently and she helped us with getting it immediately. Amazing service.

Incredible and smooth experience. Staff is very warm and efficient. Got the dress made, altered and delivered to perfection! All and all great experience!

Really disappointed with Aza.bought 2 sarees from them and didn’t even avail the discount that was on pernia thinking that they’ll give the best fitting as promised by them. When both the pieces were given to us, the pre stitched sarees and the blouses were ill-fitted. When asked the girl who was attending to us (girl’s name- boucy) for alterations she behaved in a very arrogant manner made faces at us while she took measurement and just wanted to alter the garment as per her convenience and liking. The day she booked our order she was really warm and helped us and made sure that the sarees were sold and given to us on time but cut 2 after the payment was made, full amount was charged from us not even advance they behaved in a rediculous manner. Is that how a brand like Aza treating their clients. Designers should think 10 times before keeping their collection at Aza coz they are ruining the designer’s reputation
Even after the final alteration the garment was ill-fitted

The store has amazing collection BUT THE STAFFS ARE SUPER RUDE. Its high time, they train their staffs to deal with customers. Poor training of staffs.

Swati at Aza was the most helpful person. She helped us choose our lehengas and other outfits for the big day giving us valuable suggestions and alternatives. She understood our needs and took time and effort to make sure we get the outfits we were looking for. Aza Fashion is amazing. They have a great selection of designer outfits. My partner Aisling bought three dresses from them for our wedding. Kajal helped her buy three outfits, she was very responsive, prompt and had great suggestions. She is very knowledgeable as well. The other staff in there including the tailors are very friendly and helpful too. All in all a great experience. We highly recommend the place.

experience with the staff was excellent, specially with Sana at aza def col. I wanted all red Seema Gujral lehenga in a time span of 25 days, though the designer and their team told me it is impossible to get it done in less thn 40 days, so they said NO than i saw same lehenga at aza, this girl Sana helped me by coordinating with the team and get it done on time. Sana is easily approachable, sweet and hardworking. Thankyou for the experience.

We were attended by Kushal very good with suggesting the clothes and accessories to go along with.
Kushal was very prompt in taking our measurements for alteration of clothes and the clothes were altered and delivered to us on time even though it was busy wedding season.

I have always had an excellent experience at Aza from start to finish. From the first minute I entered, Khushal has treated me like a friend and recommended me outfits that match best with the occasion. Above all, he has always managed to get my dresses ready in a short time-frame (4-6 days). Can always rely on him! Would 10/10 recommend aza to anybody for an amazing shopping experience.
