My experience was really gud i got positive was waiting for this happiness from a long tym period. All the staff of preet vihar branch was really cooperative and helful durung whole treatment.i m satisfied with the treatment thnk u

We visit this centre last 2 months ago. Rupa choudhry call me many times for treatment. We are not take her treatment because our previous doctor advice us take a rest at least 8 months.
But what a language used by the call centre girl to me?
My openion is to not irritate to a patient or family member by calling again and again.
Please change your language if any body not interested to take treatment in your centre for that time.it may be any issue arise with the patient for that particular time period.

Called them, for inquiry.they called back again after a week, to check back. When i said my doctor has not adviced now, the receptionst started talking veru rudely. "Jab karwana nahi hai to enquiry kyun kartey ho tum log". Such was the language of a hospital staff.

I didn't take the services as the first experience was so pathetic. I register myself on website and then followed by their call center team. Dealing with their call centre specially- Rupali.she literally yelled on me as couldn't visit on appointment due to some emergency. She made me felt that as if I have committed some crime.on top of it she called me next day after my visit to know that what feed back I gave at the reception.she was much bother about the feed back which I gave rather knowing that what I felt.
Rest met with counsellor there which was oki.thus I would suggest not to visit their website so that you also feel such humiliation.and end up your idea.

यह बेबी जॉय सेंटर एक धोखाधड़ी जालसाजी करने वाला सेंटर है क्योंकि मेरे भाइयों कृपया करके कोई भी इस सेंटर पर जाने से बचें क्योंकि इन्होंने मेरे ₹5000 का रजिस्ट्रेशन करवा कर मुझे जालसाज में फसाया था और आज तक मेरे ₹5000 नहीं दिए हैं आप सभी भाइयों का आपके लिए पैसा बहुत कीमती है और यह एक बेबी जॉय सेंटर सिर्फ और सिर्फ पैसे फसाने वाली बात है धन्यवाद. मेरी बात इनके स्टॉफ़ में भी होती है लेकिन वह मुझे यही कहते हैं कि आपका पैसा मिल जाएगा आपको लेकिन मुझे दो-तीन महीनों से ज्यादा हो गया है मेरा पैसा अभी तक मुझे नहीं मिला है दो बार मैं इनको ईमेल भी कर चुका रिमाइंडर भी डाल चुका हूं पर कोई हल नहीं निकला है इसलिए मैं यह रिव्यू में डाल रहा हूं.
