I had my worst experience with Bagga Link service and also with car insurance policy. I had given my car for service and took insurance, but during the service, someone else lost the car's mats and in insurance they ask me for money for the door cladding, whereas this time, no one else did not give me any information and they made the change himself, and also They changed the value of my car in insurance And I was supposed to get my car yesterday, but someone scratched the bumper while leaving and I am getting my car now the next day, when I wanted my car on Monday, he was postponing again and again.
Service mindset is top notch. Workshop Mngr Bijender is always welcoming and greets well. Service is top notch though spares are expensive. Must visit for ktm service.
Crowded place, casually minded people. But the workshop Mngr - Bijender is a great help. Work gets done accurately. No complaints with work.
Well service is not that good as they have rush always. Most of the time the spare parts are not available or they don’t want to sell. Price for the same spare parts vary from customer to customer. Overall you can just do the excellent service by yourself as compared to them.
Service center is good however billing counter staff behaviour is not good. They are little rude and not courteous at all. Rest everything is good at this center.

My experience with this service centre was not so good. I have visited for my bike which was under claims process for the restoration. So I called the concern person over here and his phone was not reachable at that time so I called to the customer support someone from the reception has pick my call and I update my bike details like this is my bike number and kindly update me that whether my bike is ready or not, so that lady told me sir your bike is ready you can take your bike. So I went from east Delhi Krishna Nagar to this service station which is far away from my house and when I reach at the service station I found that bike was in the same condition in accidental condition there is no single work done on that in a week. Found that there is so miss communication gap between them.
If you are giving your bike for claim, forget about your bike for upto 1 month. I don’t know who’s fault it is KTM factory who don’t provide parts or this service station who are not willing to complete bike work ASAP.

Very prompt and helpful staff. Specially bijender is very polite and helpful in handling my ktm 390 in such a decent way.its been 10 years i am driving ktm and this is my favourite service centre in terms of service. Overall highly satisfied
I had some troubles with my new KTM and I have been to different services centre across NCR but believe me only KTM Kirti Nagar has the qualified people and this is indeed the best service centre of KTM in the entire Delhi. The staff is so polite and they listen to your problems. Just make sure before visiting the service centre for any bike needs, make a phone call to inquire about the time slot availability. Since they are doing the right work, you will always find the slots of service pretty much taken.
If you are planning to go to extreme areas on your bike, make sure you get your bike checked by them prior to the journey.
Very casual attitude. I've been getting my bike serviced from them since 2020. But now I've realised that they just made fool of me. Service charges are added multifold. They put extra charges as miscellaneous labour and upon asking why you have added these charges they don't have any explanation. If you love your bike then scrutinize their every move. Question every charges, labour charges and stand in front of the bike while serviced. They are running lot of scams I believe.
Service people try to add in the expenses by asking you to replace everything. They will tell you to go out of the service bay. So they can do whatever they want with the bike. Not reliable.
The mechanics are experienced but the entire time was wasted while waiting in the billing. They have super slow computers here, It took almost 1 hr to complete 3 people.
Not as good as it once was. The mechanics do a good job but staff working at the billing counter show no effort or enthusiasm to get the work done. Spent 6 hours today just to get a basic service done.
My experience has been good. Have been servicing my bike since 4yrs. They have skilled engineer's and they are get regular training also for keeping them up to date.
One of best technicians and way of doing things with charges. I have not find such hug inventory for parts at KTM, KATHMANDU, GUWAHATI, KOLKATA, MUMBAI.
Superb place. Chahe mai kahi v hu Delhi me. I always choose this service centre over others. The people are generous and helpful here. And the bike is properly taken care of.
It's a good Bajaj service center in Delhi across to all other service centers, Mr Shiv and Mr Sonu are the best suited person for dominar service. I had bad experience with other Bajaj service centers specially Rajiv raj bajaj and Global Bajaj,
It's a big service center with a fair number employees. But you can't expect to get your things done there on the same day if you are visiting there after noon. There is a large number of customers visiting this particular service center cause this service center is referred by the showroom itself if u are getting urself a good engine. Although they have good number of employees but u can't expect the management to treat u like a customer u are.

But only thing not right was I wanted to change Clutch wire but it wasn't available though it's a major component which could be replaced in lot of bikes they should have these spares.
Not had the best experience as the one service person who was doing the taflon coating on my bike, just ended up with getting a Dent on my bikes fuel tank ""Overall not really satisfied.
Pathetic experience. I do not know what they did in service but the environment, the office and payment system does not match the standards of its competitors.
Average quality service.if you want any part of dominar (2017,2018 and 2019) model you can tell them they will provide it very soon you just have to negotiate with the sellperson of the shop (give him some) you will get it very soon. Workshop manger behaviour good and friendly. Overall good
Good service center, Billing process is slow, extra services added by job card makes without getting you noticed like chain cleaning, WD40 spray in all comments, etc

I took my KTM to Deewan Bajaj service Centre at Kalkaji, i was shocked to see the condition of workshop and the mechanics also were not well trained, they showed me a motul chain cleaner which was nearly empty, they sprayed some lube on chain, (i can't call it a spray as it was nothing just a mist of lube) and later they put a thick oil in chain for lubrication, I asked why and he said because motul is thin that's why.
After that experience a friend recommended me to go to kirti Nagar, it's 25km away from my place, I was amazed by quality of workshop, the knowledge of mechanics, their attitude and the way they had done the service, everything was a pure bliss, this is the only service centre I will be getting my ktm serviced.
Pathetic service they don't bother about there work, washing is very poor same things happing with many customers after complaint also same issue is there. Service engineering were in very hurry, take less interest in their work, after telling the problem in bike, they ignore it. I will not prefer to any one for bike service there.
There is a fat dark man who has chandan teeka on his forehead and gives a fake smile and another person Sanjay. Both of them made a wrong judgement of my bike battery and said it is damaged. They don't know how to behave in society. Really small mentality of almost all the staff. Everyone there was complaining their bike is in more worst condition after service.
I got the 3rd servicing done for my Avenger Cruise 2018 that is about to be a year old and they destroyed it completely. I never had any issues with my bike's performance in 1 year and I go there to get it serviced and now it is worse than a moped. For a bike that is just a year old, you won't believe how bad it performs now. Yogendar is a good technician, he always got it serviced right the first two times, but some other guy serviced it this time and totally spoilt my engine. It can't even operate well on the 2nd gear now. I am never taking my bike here ever again. It was a total waste of my time and money. Your local mechanics will get a better job done.
The technical staff is not much concern about the work they only fulfill their duty for wages not for customers satisfaction. I owned a RC390 and among 4 services I had complaints everytime. They charge customer for chain clean nd lube but except my recent service (bcoz i got new chain set) everytime I ask them to lube my chain while taking delivery. They properly unscrew the parts for servicing but don't screw properly after finishing job. Many more issues are their but what we can do except complaining them every time. Because we have invested huge amount to by KTM.
The staff were very friendly and service done by them was quite good I should say. Instead of going to other places I used to go there for servicing and I'm very very lucky to meet them. After the servicing the my bike rs200 gives me just like new. Very thankful to from manipur.
Good service center with staff who knows what they are doing, crowded during weekends so if u have to go for service better go in week days. I had taken my bike there for service and quite satisfied with quality of service recommended for ktm and dominar services
Best service center for the heavy bajaj bikes for 200 cc and above. The engineers are skilled and knows much about the bikes. It is highly recommended place for the service of your bikes. The charges are also nominal.
