Worst service ever, un-professional staffs and the treat customers like slave, to be honest one of the best service

I have very disappointing experience, reception guy was extremely rude. Faizal promised me to cancel my loan and refund the amount in case I deposit 15000 in account, but neither cancel loan nr refund me. They are liers and fraud too

Very bad service by bajaj emi card, after every month paid installment showing over dues like 50 rupees, 10 rupees, 4 rupees.click to pay over dues.

Worst loan application in world. Never ever loan on this application. Because they makes fool us. Without any information they deducted money from our account. Please take it seriously guy's.

Don't click on any pre aprrove offers coz they hide everything like intrest charge.and all i click on pre aprrove offers ok 115000 loan to knw intrest rate they simply aprrove it by nt showing emi and intrest rate and when I visited the office they told come next day. Location is nt correct search for biriyani blues in lajpat nagar inform of union bank

Worst service. Very rude people. Never understand the problem of customer. Mistake is by customer care backend and facing issue by customer. No one help in branch

Bajaj rating should be in negative.customer services are pathetic.branches are closed.you cannot send the enquiry through online portal.and they dont revert on mail for your queries following up from month but 0 response for n no of mails.pathetic.

Pathetic service don’t go with Bajaj Finance. I took loan of 7 lakhs as flexi loan. Based on my needs I withdraw and credit money in this loan account. I keep around 687000 and then they blocked it. It has been more than 2 weeks now still the issue hasn’t not been resolved. In deep trouble because of Bajaj Finance. Never recommend anyone. Rating — 100
