One fo the toughest and most overpriced booking ever.
Their driver doesn't drop you to your destination they drop you at a parking before destination, if the vehicle cannot go you will be left stranded (especially at nanital) this is not made clear we had to pay ₹1500 + ₹1500 extra for booking cabs to go to our hotel in naintal, then in upcoming days the driver doesn't come to the drop off point for pickup where he previously dropped us then we had to again spend ₹1200 for getting local cab to arrive at vehicle. Vehicle was clean and well maintained but driver was constantly buzzed with phone calls from the fleet owner Mr. Ratanjyot singh the driver nearly crashed on highway almost 2 - 3 times, one of us always had to sit in front to monitor the driver.
Overall experience was not quite pleasant as the owner is not transparent about additional cost that the company will not be responsible to take you to your destination even if the other carriers are going through the same route.
Overpriced three day booking (3 Days) Delhi - nanital - mukteshwar kilometres 750km priced at 45000 so ₹60/km. Urbania tempo traveller (10 seater) was booked by us. We even tipped ₹1000 to driver for his effort to drive with phone calls of the owner, he wants us to pay total (₹48500). Advance of 25000 was given before traveling.
I would strongly not recommend for this service. Your trip will be bombarded calls from owner and driver would not drive without distraction.
The deal was from pickup point to dropoff point which was not catered in each journey that we made.
Reconsider other travellers thier rate for same trip is ₹25000/- only.
Bakshi transport service doesn't know whether the vehicle can enter a city or not they will tell you on spot and get you **stranded**.
Regarding the payment bakshi transport service can't afford thier drivers fee hence they ask you to tip. After overcharging you kindly refer to fare breakdown as above.
Driver was polite but management has been very poor, they threat you with lawyer and stuff but he genuinely doesn't realise he hasn't sent an invoice and fare breakdown of the service hence kindly do not value his review.
We value fair treatment and if discussed conditions are not met we can refuse payment for the service.
**His driver did not come to our drop off point in mukhteshwar where he dropped us earlier. He made us walk to traveller for 2.5kms in rain still we tipped him ₹1000. Hope his buisness flourish with rightful service. **
Unprofessional and disrespectful towards his clients. We were on the holiday not to hear from him several times on the call. He doesn’t own up to what he says. Once the price was agreed and we gave him more than 50% advance, he changed the price during the trip and was asking for more money. I would not recommend anyone to use his services.
I’ve been extremely disappointed with the language of Mr. Ratanjyot Singh Sawhney. He was extremely unprofessional and did not know how to speak with his clients with respect, even though we offered him nothing short of professionalism. Once we paid him the advance and clearly spoke and discussed the commercials on the call, he increased the amount.after this misunderstanding from his end, he told us to pay the initial amount (discounted rate) discussed and give the driver whatever we feel like (as a tip, as the driver’s expenses were to be covered by the company), we paid the driver additional 1000/- as a good gesture to which he had to say that he would throw the ‘petty’ amount on our faces.when argued that we had discussed a different rate to which he agreed on call, he lied and persisted on our previous chat conversation where in he had mentioned the increased amount.we trusted this representative and hence did not fixate upon a confirmation.additionally, he lied to us saying that he has a call recording of us agreeing to the increased amount, upon asking him to kindly share it with us, he completely dodged the request because if he did have the recording, it would clearly state us negotiating and fixing a discounted rate.moral of the story- do not think everyone is as honest & transparent as you.
