We couriered 2 parcels, one arrived in 5 days but the other one took more than 2 weeks.

But the courier staff were very good with packing and communicating.

I wanted to send the items shown in the picture from Jayanagar Bangalore to Edinburgh, Scotland, UK.
I availed the service of Balaji courier company after talking to Sunitha madem, who patiently answered all my queries. On 18/07/2003 a person shown in the picture arrived with all packing materials and weigh machine. He packed all the stuff in a professional manner in the box and sealed it in front of my eyes, weighed it before sealing and told me the weight and the corresponding charges. It was very reasonable (even better than post office) and with my consent sealed the box and issued me a duly signed receipt of the items to be shipped.i made an online payment (Gpay) and he left with the package. He did not take the tablets as it did not have the prescription and receipt. I got it done by evening and requested Sunitha madem to take this medicine also. She obliged to send the person to my house once again to pick up the tabs with due bill and prescription that too without extra charges.she told me that the package will reach in 1week time.
On 19th July, the very next morning the package was sent to Bombay, then Qatar, then heathrow at London and finally reached the destination much earlier than expected, on Monday itself. The entire track was shared on WhatsApp. Everything from packing to delivery was professional, transparent, smooth and free of tension.
Now I am convinced that this is the
cheapest and best courier service.

I was so surprised with how fantastic this service was. I needed to send a small parcel (1.4kg) home from Delhi to UK and they came to my hotel to collect it and provided packaging. I paid around 38 British pounds. The parcel arrived in about 1 week. Amazing!

Very bad company very bad service no one answer your call or reply you once you give them work and their express delivery takes 7 to 8 days just for UAE from India. Never use Balaji to do important works.

The entire process of sending the parcel from New Delhi to USA was executed seamlessly literally on door to door basis. Item was delivered in USA in less than 72hours. Immaci!

This is a fraud company. My daughter sent a parcel from Delhi to Canada. She paid 8k to them. Parcel reached Canada but the receiver was asked to pay 97.81 CAD at the time of delivery. There can be duty fees on some of the items but what is this broker fees for, we were never informed about it by anyone now when we called UPS they are saying it’s done by the vendor as COD that is why there is a fees charged.this charge is not legit as even when I have already paid for the package in India why does it show COD at the time of delivery to the person who received it. Upon asking from Balaji courier the person who was handling the case Mr. Surjit acted as if he is very incorrect and is not aware of any such thing and when I said I will file a case Mr. Abhishek Singh talked to me so rudely and even disconnected the phone on my face, he said I can do whatever I want. I told him I will file a case he said I can do it, when I called back again Surjit easily and started sharing the company name and details with me and said I can file a case. I will definitely be filing a case this company is fraud. Do not use there services.this is clear misguiding of customers, and the parcel was paid for in the advance it was never supposed to be COD so there should be no such fees at all.

This courier service already charged money for delivering my courier package to Canada which I paid them & I have the receipt. Their delivery person again asked for the money while delivering my courier in Canada. He asked the receiver to pay around ₹8000 saying that its a cash on delivery order. So, in all a total fraud company. Don’t trust them.

Absolutely awful International services. All we got was lying and wrong tracking number with items missing from package. Don’t waste your time and money on them.

They provide overpriced courier services. My 0.9 grams parcel was sent by them for ₹1500, which could be sent instead for ₹200. They will loot your money and won't deliver the parcel fast and on time.

I was visiting Delhi and wanted to send a parcel back home to switzerland. I went to the post office at the Gol Dak Khana roundabout. The people there were highly unmotivated to help me send my parcel. So after a disappointing trip down there i opened up Google and searched for international parcel service. Balaji Courier & Cargo popped up and i wrote them on their contact form. Very soon i got contacted by one of their agents. Quickly they were able to answer all my questions and offered a very good service. A few hours later they sent a courier to my hotel where i was staying to pick up my package, declare all items and pack everything in a proper way. After about a week my parcel reached its destination completely and in good shape. I‘m highly happy with their service and would recommend this way of sending parcels for a hassle free experience

Not a reliable company. I sent an international parcel they showed it as COD and charged at both the ends. Fraud company.

I found Mr Amits contact online. At first was reluctant but contacted him. Amits executives picked up my delivery packed weighed them at home. Package was picked on the 5th sep, they confirmed that this will go via fedex. As per the tracking information the package is still in India mumbai. This was my first experience with these ppl. And will be last for sure. Very very unsatisfactory and poor service. Never would recommend this WCS to anyone

I was looking for a courier service which can deliver the shipment quickly to US.

I found the Balaji courier through quora. And my shipment was sent safely and was quick. Would recommend for any courier services

Since I was moving to Germany temporarily, DHL recommended Balaji couriers and Sunitha was very helpful and guided us properly but most of the local Atta and Paper Poha were damaged. So this should have been told to us by courier partner at the time of shipping. So don't ship locally packed items even though your courier partner claims that it will go through or make sure packaging is transparent. Almost 3 to 4 kg of consumables were damaged by customs or in transit. People are not accessible after you ship and make payment. For tracking you get some help but you need to follow up regularly.

I got to know the courier from phone contacts. We preferred the service over garudavega looking at the prices. We wanted to give it a try to send a parcel to Australia. The executive was very professional in guiding and helping till everything are packed and getting them tracked. We didn't had any food in parcel.
