We a group of eight members went on a trip for three days to Vaishnodevi and back.
The trip was organised by Balaji Travaco and Mrs Renu was our travel agent.
It was one one of a kind trip where every detail was handled meticulously
The hotel rooms were good the cars and drivers were very good and our to and fro trip to Vaishnodevi by helicopter was memorable
Our Mrs Renu was the best blessing we could have.
Her dedication towards her work and patience in answering all our queries at any moment of the day was total.

Very pathetic visa service agent. Mr. Tilak Sharma who processed our visa is not at all reliable, unprofessional, rude and inhuman. I would strongly recommend not to opt for Balaji Travco visa agent Mr. Tilak Sharma. If we would rely on him blindly definitely we would have missed our flight and had almost 1lakh INR loss in our recent trip to Dubai. He is non trustworthy, no etiquette to talk, non responsive and irresponsible.
