Bamboo Hut

They gave me decomposed/spoiled food today, ordered from zomato. It is very unfortunate, despite being a regular customer. I know the taste of this dish very well because I am from the Northeastern state. I see frost/maybe mold in the daal. Other items also had a very bad, pungent smell. You never know; it is dangerous for health. Be careful!

I thought weariness of the cities can only be shed by being in the nature until I arrived at this place one evening, tired and worn out by the city. One bite is all it took to flip that and the next half an hour that followed was one of the most immersive experiences of delight. Each morsel was a joy in mouth and the food felt incredible in my body with the most refreshing flavours. If you are in Delhi, DO NOT MISS giving this place a try. The people are wonderful and just about everything is a good vibe here. It's a MUST TRY

Great food, have also ordered from them innumerous times on food delivery apps, with best portions compared to other northeastern restaurants. Will have to add that the palate is not everyone. Have seen very vicious reviews from people who have never had such fermented food. Explore and enjoy

This place serves arguably the tastiest momos in Delhi! The place is cozy, and the staff is courteous. Has limited number of seating though.

Exceptional food and service. What we liked is that the preparation is not commercial, it is absolutely home cooked with tons of flavours from the NE region, something Delhiites cannot think of making at home. I will suggest speak to the chef and take her advice on what to order. Note: anyone with typical punjabi food palate with no adventurous trait should not try this place as the food is mostly infused with strong bamboo shoot flavour.

My friend Ordered Samutu & pork biryani for party from bamboo hut. Once we opened package bad rotten smell came out of it, can't even test a single bite from it. Such worst food we ever ordered from Delhi.

Foul smell pork delivered, very bad. If anything happens to me by eating food dish will have face consequences nb if I'm not dead.fukķkk

Kindly don't order if you aren't used to the smell of pork (it's my personal opinion. I tried pork for the first time and couldn't even take a bite from the food I ordered because of the smell). I ordered samatu pork fried rice from this so called famous restaurant after going through the much hyped reviews.

It's a small cozy place, nice to see such additions to Delhi's culinary scene.

In addition to the Naga Chicken thali which was tasty and seemed authentic. We loved the Korean kimbap (Korean sushi) though pork not fish

Lovely place. Great pork. Would recommend their chilli pork and pork with bamboo, and anything they've got on their daily specials menu is usually fresh and tasty too!

Succulent juicy pork with bamboo shoots, crispy chilli pork and amazing pork dry fry. Jjsu go them. Perfect comfort food

The food is just wow wow wow It’s better than what’s cooked at home I mean they maintain the quality as well as quantity. It’s just tooo wow I loved it. Keep it up guys. If u guys in Delhi or planning to visit Delhi then My friends you won’t miss home once I visit bamboo hut. I promise!

Loved the delicious Naga thali! It's to die for! And budget friendly.but, card was not accepted when I visited as they had issue with the machine. But a sure visit! Would visit again!

Not hygienic (found two bugs). All meat (smoked pork) tasted the same. I would rather go to other NE restaurants.

I like the place, the smell reminds me of home.
For Non-North Easterner its a great place to try out Naga indegeneous food, both traditional way and fusioned ways. And if you think you can handle spicy food, this is one of the place to get validation. Try Axone chutney (Pronounce as -if i am right-, "A" as in f-A-ther "XO" as Kho and "NE" either as Nee or Nay).
