प्रशांत विहार में बैंक ऑफ इंडिया की यह शाखा मेन रोड पर है । पास ही में आरबीएल बैंक की ब्रांच है। बाहरी रिंग रोड से सटा हुआ है यह इलाका, यहां पर पहुंचना बहुत ही आसान है, वहां पर आप bus Metro aadi se aasani se aa sakte hai
बैंक की इमारत बिल्कुल नई है, नए खाते खुलवाने के लिए आप ऑफिस ऑवर्स में आ सकते है।

Ego will take them nowhere. It is very painful to say that, they give no regards to the bank customers.

Manager incorrectly charge to savings accounts to prove his rude behavior. This kind of bully nature is against the humanity.

Oh! Once upon a time in Prashant Vihar City, As i entered to the bank, a Ghost Like Creature like Scooby Doo Used to sit inside a cabin to the left side.he pretends to be d general dyer of his cabin. I mistakenly seen inside the cabin and i shocked to a very large extent by seeing his comedy actions.

The people and the service at this branch is terrible, no courtesy whatsoever. It is never recommended to open an account in bank of india this office. We are associated with BOI as a corporate channel but BOI Prashant Vihar never value their customer even after Big fraud cases made of the manager at boi prashant vihar. It is totally disappointed service and action of BOI staff. Totally ridiculous, we are started process to move to any other nationalized Bank. Never ever recommended.

Bank manager is illiterate he have no knowledge how to deal with public. He have no respect for people always keep on showing his arrogance with his bad behaviour

यहां का शाखा प्रबंधक एक घटिया एवं तुच्छ सोच का व्यक्ति है जिसे अपनी सोच मे बदलाव लाना चाहिए और मै इस व्यक्ति की कड़े शब्दों मे निंदा करता हूं यदि आप इस प्रकार का व्यवहार करेंगे तो यह बैंक कैसे चलेगा और आपके बच्चे क्या सीखेंगे क्यों जगदीश जी?
आप उम्र दराज व्यक्ति हैँ अपनी बुद्धि का इस्तेमाल करना प्रारम्भ करें एवं साथ ही साथ लोगों की इज़्ज़त करना सीखें वरना नुक्सान आप ही का है मुल्क को साफ सुथरा रहने दें.

Gunman is Better than Manager.
Gunman atleast helps to position the notes in the note machine properly to deposit money. Apart from manager everyone possess a standard in this bank. Manager only shouts.
