Had a very bad experience at bank of India, Kirti Nagar branch. Have been twice, the staff is non cooperative and doesn't give a dam to the clients concerns. Tbey are made to wait while staff is busy on phone.
The manager doesn't have basic decency to talk. When checked he said that's is how he is.
Shameful that officer rank people don't know basic courtesy.

Was in city Went to bank with my mom. Saw nothing changed after so many years. Only location was new, reached around 11: 45 on a working day. As usual only one of three teller counters was only working and teller was so rude to the person before us actually to two people before us. Then we were in bank for withdrawal and then they told us to go to, some manager of savings for the cheque verification or something. Then that person sent us to another counter then she told the num written on it was wrong. Then again we went to teller and best part teller is having food on that time on his seat. He is like subhe se khana nahi khaya bahut bheed hai.and we two customers are waiting.
1. He should have breakfast before his duty.
2. If he wants to have after coming to bank he should tell someone to take care of work on his behalf.
3. At 10 bank opens 1: 30 or 2 is lunch and 4 i think it will be closed.

Once i told him it's urgent he gave me a look like i told something wrong. He cleared it we again did all the checking thing and then we got the money. Should have recorded how he threw the money in the counter as he is doing us a favor.

Seriously actually in bank maybe 4-5 customers on total we were and took more then 35-40min to take the money.

A young guy like that attitude towards work like this. And i dont know how these banks maintain the work culture.

Requested mom to change the bank, will change as soon as I get a chance.

Worst service ever, Manager don't even know how to talk with their clients, illiterate persons enjoying there Govt. Service, Atm never ever work, Always atm system is down.

No space for parking, very long queues for each and every counter

The Staff is really good. Their tagline "Relationship Beyond Banking" is true in all senses. Keep up the good work!
