Staff doesn't know how to behave with people. Guy denied that AADHAR doesn't get updated here even when the banks name is mentioned on UIDAI website. Talked rudely.
Bank of Maharashtra team should look into staffs behaviour.
People come to this bank only for Aadhar updation else no one would ever come to this pathetic branch. Those husband & wife who have taken tender for Aadhar services from UIDAI think themselves above Branch manager & have no etiquettes to talk to people. They even charge more than for any Aadhar services than UIDAI rates that's why they will not give you payment receipt. I had raised the complaint for them in UIDAI but as usual no action was taken against them.
Here is huge problem for updating of Aadhar card, too much long queue of people, No social distance, for taking number first people came here in morning at 3 am or before but no transpiracy. Huge problem
Worst place. To vist staff here dnt have etiquette to deal with customer. It's getting trend nw. Of govt employees in bank to behave in ruthless way with coustmer. I was in bank for my adhar update. Necessary action shld be taken for such poor quality of service.
