I just went few weeks back a friend recommended.
Just giving you an idea that parking is so hectic here.
I don't know the moment i entered band was performing and then after 15-20 min the show got over and time was 10.30pm.
After that place seems so borring it was a saturday night.
Food is average and i will not recommend cocktails here.
They added one extra drink in our and we found it and asked them to provide a correct bill.
Food pricing was just overpriced.
If you want to spend to spend you can go clubs in meharuali.

I visited this place on my sister’s birthday long time ago, the food was amazing for the price, very affordable as well as tasty. But the staff is just so pathetic and rude.

They have a little stage like structure which can be used for group activities. So recommended to visit as a big group

The food is good but the service was terrible. We waited for more than 45 mins to get someone to take our order and when we ordered it took around one hour for the food to arrive. The ambiance is pretty nice.

Every dish we ordered was bursting with flavor and cooked to perfection. The ambiance of the restaurant was equally impressive, with its cozy and elegant decor. A definite must-visit for food lovers!

Used to love the place, but I doubt i’ll visit again because of the attitude shown by the staff while booking a table. I continuously messaged their whatsapp number for 4 days to give me a confirmation on whether I can get a table for the particular day or not, but I didn’t receive a single reply. At the same time, no one picked my calls. The same thing happened to me again as well, which has now forced me to avoid planning a dinner to Banter again.

Hospitality:
Have you ever been to a place where there is no entry for your guests after 7 pm? Welcome to Banter: D i was totally perplexed by their gate keeper's comment that, "we cant allow guest after 7". I asked why, but couldn't get a logical reply.
It was when we (14 members) decided to leave without eating, they allowed our remaining guests inside. I must, funny people or rather illogical.

Food:

Bland lamb chops, unappetizing udta punjab dish and other snacks which can be skipped.

Ambience:
Live music, i believe, should be soothing to enhance dining experience, not like Banter or shiv kawad DJ playing the 'bhopu' on full volume on average quality speakers, so much so that you cant even talk to the person sitting next to you.

I have heard that they are moving to some other place, would just request the management to start afresh and iron out basic policy glitches and think about improving their infrastructure.

Very bad experience, extremely rude staff, no ethics at all and Average food.they have no coordination between the gate manager and the service manager, as we had booked 7 seats after talking to the indoor service manager and even after telling us that all our seats are confirmed, they denied 3 of our guest just because we had not mentioned their name at the gate!
i mean how the hell will the customer know that he has to inform for a booking to different persons separately? And that too after the indoor service manager had given us the table for 7 people only and had ordered the food accordingly, still they somehow managed to decline our remaining guest.stop treating your customers as beggars, you are not doing any favour to us by allowing us to sit inside and eat your average food.we are paying you for that!

Really nice food and drinks and great atmosphere. The service is excellent and waiters do everything they can for you. Live music was also good! Would recommend.

I'll recommended not to visit there, worst cafe I ever been, not even worth for 1 star. Manager does not know how to treat their customer.

I would not recommend this place at all. We had a gathering of few friends, prior booked. They did not hold the table for even 5 mins above the scheduled time, on top of that they did not even inform that they will not let anyone enter after 7 pm which is absolutely absurd and utterly stupid.
This is after we paid about 40k in bills. Food is also not that great. Overhyped.

Special mention to the absolutely rude staff, hope they learn basic hospitality manners soon.

Very bad place, food was not tasty, staff was nosy. Manager was very creep. They made us feel very uncomfortable. They just serve their premium clients. So much restrictions there. Not allowing us to take pictures or even lighting a candle there, but allowing their premium clients to smoke. Please don't go there to ruin your special day.

Not recommended …. They confirmed your table on WhatsApp but when you reach at the venue they gonna deny to give your confirmed table and make you wait for hours and this is my second time and also they suggest you for some other cafes…. Not recommended

The ambience & the food was good. They have a good variety of food.
Some minus points: They throw too much attitude while making a reservation. They force you to pay service charge.

I recommend not to visit this place at all, extreme mis behaviour they show towards there clients, We visited latest. The manager was in extreme attitude. Bouncers have no manners. Music is pathetic. Food not good. They create hike of the place, showing no entry but most of the tables were empty inside.

We went there for a friends birthday, quite a happening place. The live performance as amazing. Food as well was very good. A must go to place.

Worst experience ever. They spoil our mood with so much restrictions, staff especially manager was so rude. They want us to sit your place, eat and leave. They even ask us to not click picture in courtyard cause it's reserved. I'll never visit again

One of the most humiliating experiences i had of my life. I went there with a friend on 20th November. Aready defamed for their reservation practices, i booked a reservation around 2 days prior. My reservation time was 5.30PM.my reservation was confirmed. I reached the place at 5.45 catering to Saturday evening Delhi traffic. I reached up to the girl at the entry gate of the place. She said mam your name is not on the list. I showed her the confirmation.she said I'll confirm, but instead started fiddling with her phone and didn't make a single call/text and she was well aware that i can see that as her phone was kept on the table at a lower height. Then she said the fine dining area opens at 7.30, i said then why would i receive a confirmation for 5.30.she had no answer to this. So instead, she asked who i was there with, were we a couple? I don't know how that would have any difference to them, but i replied i was there with a friend. She asked me to call my friend, she scanned us from head to toe and said, mam I'm sorry i cant do anything as you are late. Umm. 5.45 i reached.to which she said. I'm sorry we only hold a table for 5 minutes. EXCUSEMEE. I've visited a number of places. Even with mandatory reservation, the holding time has been atleast half an hour and before letting go of my table i get a call if i would not be reaching.or likelwise.here.not only i didnt receive a call, my table to was gone. And i was judged terribly on my face. Scanning up and down or screening in their language is indecent and rude. I've never felt more insulted or humiliated ever before at a public place.

Best place and good vibes. The food menu is pretty lavish and the bar has almost everything stocked. Really good music and Wednesday's is the USP. Good place to go with family and even friends.

They never have space, the area is too small and too hyped, they never ever have place plus the food n other is just ok nothing good

Mannerless staff. They will not give you table even after booking but they will allow walk in crowd to go in. Worst experience ever. Don't go there if you don't want to.spoil your mood. They need to learn some manners.

A brilliant and happening place. Gets crowded and lively as the night goes by. Good for some drinks, dinner and dance. A bit expensive but worth it.

If given a choice, I would give 0 stars.
Absolutely pathetic staff.
We had a booking of 7: 45.
We reached at 7: 40 and the "Gate executive Manager" says they have a party going on do they'll give us a table at 10.
Nothing before that.

They said that they're sorry and we should just leave.
Their attitude was absolutely pathetic and they had their ego inflated because of their brand name.
Just because they're known, doesn't mean they treat customers like that.

I know that there is a huge hype of Banter but I would genuinely suggest not going there if you wouldn't like to spoil your evening.

Extremely rude and arrogant staff. Had done a reservation back in August and was denied entry because we were a minute late. Considering it a one off event, I tried booking it for this Saturday. They kept me on hold thrice and ultimately asked me to whatsapp them for booking. Did that but as expected they never bothered to reply. They need to understand that it is people who made them and the same people who can finish them. Really really disappointed. Would not recommend anyone to go for this one.

This place is the absolute worst. Don’t recommend.
I did read the comments but didn’t trust them much. This place is trash. The tables were clearly empty and we were only 3 mins late and they denied entry and said that they replaced our seats. Rude staff too.

You guys are worst.you make our booking confirmed and than you youseld told us to come at 10 and than you people said you are late but we were on before time. Your service is very pathetic I can’t even believe how you run your cafe

Horrible place. Staff is rude. They deny entry based on looks.have an absurd reservation policy.
Denied me table even when there were plenty empty inside and even though I made a reservation through phone.
I wish I could give them less than one star.

Pathetic service and overhyped and specially behaviour of their manager and staff is rude as well as bad so don’t waste your time and money here better go for some other good restaurants

I have tried going to Banter twice now and tried booking a table 1 day in advance and still haven't received any reply or confirmation. The staff is very uncooperative and rude.
Will not recommend this place to anyone.

Even though the place is good, the management continues to disappoint, they overbook and fail to tend to the needs of customers. You can't get a table on time here. The best part is people travel for hours just to get here only to be disappointed

It was my birthday and they spoiled it very firmly. Not recommended. Staff is rude and not cooperative at all. They will make you wait for hours even after confirming your booked table. They just entertain their premium clients. Dont spoil your day and dont trust their words. Learn some basic ethics banter.

Before running a restaurant first learn how to behave with customers. Teach your staff how to talk to people coming there. Went there with my wife they said we are sold out that's fine but there is a way how to talk to your customers because of us only you are getting fame and money. Won't recommend to anyone at all

Bloody Banter! Trash place, hyped for no reason. Non sense table reservation, violating people's fundamental right of being treated equal. I would request Delhi government to close down this place.

Worst experience The staff was so rude even after making reservations they released the table without informing us.it’s just a hyped up place for no reason and the egoistic staff should communicate their policies before hand.

The place is located in central delhi and serves delicious food with live music. The staff is also very polite and helpful. The place is beautiful and spacious. The pizza was good. The crowd is also good there. If going there, must try their chef specials. Loved the place

Third class experience.they confirm your booking if you call them and then when you reach out there they state a very stupid reason that confirmed means waiting and then ask you to wait for an hour or more for giving the table even if the tables are empty.
They confirmed a table for 4 pm and then said that they did not mean the confirmation of the table and you have to wait for 1-1.5 hour for the table.

The worst place I have ever come across. Staff, managers everyone is so rude. They literally asked us to move aside and not click pictures because it will offend their premium clients. Pathetic service. Didn’t even bother to reply on calls or text for reservations. Will keep you waiting and won’t give a seat. Highly expensive and zero courtesy. Please don’t spoil your special day by going here. These people need to learn how to talk properly.

Good place to visit. The food was good but they have strict standards for clothes and even they didn't even allow to carry flowers along with us.
It was definitely a good experience. I would say good for one time visit ambience is quite good.

This place had disappointed me recently. I've been to this place before and it was a must go place. The food was great and the ambience was superb too but now it has all gone down the drain. I went there recently and they have started a reservation system in which you need to book a table one day before and they dont allow you to enter without a reservation. I think this is really foolish. We drove for half an hour to this place and the guy at the front desk did not allow us to have a table because we did not reserve. It was a thursday morning and the cafe was empty. Even then he sent us back. Thats totally not good.
