The last time i went here, i had an amazing experience.but i was disappointed with my recent visit.the food was not worth the money.tasted bad & portion size wasn't adequate.overpriced.the atmosphere is good tho

Ambience is good but the service is slow tbh. The quality and taste are really nice.go for their brownie related shakes or classic coffee.

If you're a coffee lover like me, you have to visit Batista Lavazza. It's a wonderful place to enjoy great coffee, friendly service, and a cozy atmosphere. Make sure to put it on your list of coffee shops to try!

There is a new guy who is added in your team called "Khiladi". He seems to be a sad guy with no knowledge in customer service or engagement. He has zero skills and when asked why are you sounding low, rude or sad, his response was "I'm watching IPL". What a shame for such a brand. I have been a loyal customer of this specific outlet in JanakPuri district center for almost 12 years and now this will be my last visit, because of this guy. Moreover, food items were not available. Is it normal for Barista, to operate stores like this?

Just loved it. The tiramisu chocolate shake is best and hazelnut latte goes best with vanilla muffin.

Worst experience ever …I told them to pack my leftover muffins in a box and they just threw it in a paper bag and gave it to me.very disappointing to see such kind of behaviour in the BARISTA. Janakpuri, Janak palace, Barista

Had iced americano, brownie and blue berry muffin. This was all pretty good and a bit heavy. The area is super good and goes really well with rainy season

Awesome place to hang on with friends n family. I ordered pineapple gateaucake from barista through zomato on 50% discount. Mindblowing taste with big chunks of pineapple over it. Perfect taste n quantity for atleast 4 people. Totally value for money n taste. You can get many more delicious items n make ur day specially for sweet loving person.

Excellent service, One of my favorite places as it offers peace for one-to-one professional meetings I need to make quite often. Highly recommended.i still miss the gentle and sober boy at service who was a Divyang unable to hear but able to understand everything and more prompt in service than the current staff now at Janak Puri West!

Ordered a coffee just a while ago. The coffee tasted decent and good which was expected from Barista. What was not expected was that when you order large to get a quantity similar to medium. It definitely wasn't large for sure and if it was they need to reassess their size systems especially considering their pricing being close to other similar competitive chains. Somewhat Dissapointed

We ordered arabiatta pasta which tasted horrible and the gravy was also not mixed or cooked evenly
Their iced tea was also not good

Drinks were not that good and the sandwiches were just ok.
Also, Ambience was good. A nice place to sit and talk with your friends though.

I always loved Brista and always a fan of their cold coffee. All brownie points. It is locates in the centre of district centre Janak puri. Good sitting place.

The place was nice to have official meeting …or if u want to get coffee…. Table were no clean …. That was a turn off.

I think, if you need to visit a cafe with calm ambience where you can talk with your partner, enjoy your brew in peace, do some office work and do not want to go heavy on your pocket, Barista is the place to go. Although, some small outlets do not have good-enough ambiance but most outlets offer a great ambiance.

Taste was okay. Neither good nor bad. If you would like to get together with your friends in peaceful place then you can visit here.

No proper phone network so cant order contactless. Good to see options for non caffeine drinkers.

Coffee was ok however it's such a big place.bad interior and space is total waste. Looks gloomy.

This is one of my fav place. I mean I love Barista anytime. I used to love their blueberry muffin bu this time when I visited, I was disappointed in the taste. I wish it cab be same as before but it wasn't. The staff service is cool, I c an give a little above 4 to them. In terms of ambience they clearly need a Reno.

Good outlet, the service is really nice. It's certainly a nice, warm atmosphere to chill and sip on some coffee. Tried their chocolate lava cake, very rich and consistent.

Costly, But products are good, although the outlet looked desserted cause of the renovation work going on. The variety is also limited not every item of the menu is available but may be it was late in evening and they were about to shut down.

Service was okay. Staff is fine. Drinks were fine. It isn't in very hygienic place but if you want have chit chat in a quite manner than be my guest. Did I mention that furniture was a little wobbly. Do not even think of using washrooms there. Hella dirty. Have fun. Hope this helps.

Its the place where i had my first coffee date 11 years back, hence visiting this place feel nostalgic

Great Coffee.wonderful staff, but the company does not have any sensitivity to its patrons & customers. The air conditioning is never working & always malfunctioning. The chairs and all furniture is falling apart and often tears your clothes when you sit on it. The white seems never been done in last 10 years

It's a case study.on how the Best Brewed coffee can screw up their show.just because the top management of Barista is not even willing to address the basic issues or maintenance, cleanliness and hygiene. Shame on Barista!

By far this is the only Coffee Shop I am aware of in West Delhi. The Staff is polite. The music in background in soothing. The wooden chairs are little uncomfortable to sit for long duration; sofas are bit old by comfy to curl up. And I must add that the Ice Tea was quite good, better than what many cafes serve, though it's little pricey, Rs. 226 with taxes. Best time to go around eight in night when there are fewer people.

Coffee was awesome. An unfortunate power cut but wasn't much longer.

Most of the shops in Janakpuri DC have either moved or shut down except Barista. Still the same place and the same taste of the coffee! Great place to chill out and relax. No noise, peaceful and calm environment. Helping staff and good service.

This cafe has a kind of nostalgic feel to it. You can sit comfortably and listen to music or read a book peacefully (in the mornings, evenings are generally busier). The staff is courteous and prompt. Some seats are worn out and needs replacing, but that's not a big deal. Overall, a nice place. I've had a black coffee (Caffè Americano) on Saturday, the 4th May. Will surely visit again.

Good cafe. It has the usual Barista Menu. The staff is cordial and service is good. I also like that one gets a nice view of the market as you sit down to sip your coffee.

The place is good but the price is exorbitant. Can you imagine a small glass of cold coffee for almost 300 rupees. We asked for cold coffee without ice and they suggested caffe frappe and charged Rs. 280 (US $4 per glass).

Their lazy staff tried to serve me old espresso reheated in a microwave. When I asked for the manager, he wasn't available as he was out on a break and when the server called him, he still didn't show up.

Nice ambience, courteous staff. Lovely place for coffee lovers. Good food. I love their Blueberry Muffin and Brownie Ice-cream all time favourite. Also try out delicious Hot Chocolate this Winter!
