Bata

Very disinterested staff. Waited around for a bit and staff didn't even acknowledge me, let alone offer assistance. Left soon after. Would recommend not going to this store. There are a couple of other shops down the road and there are a couple more in Kalkaji market. Would recommend going to any of those. Don't bother with this one.

Good footwear variety for formal and casual and price range too.

Bata has its own customer base and standard quality of products with modest variety. This store in particular, needs to place experienced and polite staffs.

They had a many different varieties of shoes and sandals. The staff is friendly and they also do home delivery.

Extremely rude staff. Wanted to check in for a quick buy but was harassed by person from the store just as I wanted to enter. Seemed like a junior staff. This was around closing time but shop definitely was not closed. At least 6-8 shoppers still inside, still browsing. Can understand the need of working hours but no need to be rude, that too unnecessarily. Could have politely said no too and be done. When raised matter to mid/senior level employee behind the cash counter, they seemed uncaring.

10/10 would not recommend this store now.

I had great experience, I left my bag there and when I went there to get my bag, it was safe, thanks Bata, good staff, polite and supportive, that's why I always love to visit Bata offline store.

Staff is very rude as they don’t even want to attend customers. I went there with my mother and there was around 4-5 staff people who were attending only 1 customer and even after saying so many times about the available sizes for different products the staff doesn’t wanted to help. Seriously I don’t even wanted to go there again.

I bought 2 pairs of school shoes on 18 February 2020, before the lockdown. Now school have opened after 2 years and since the shoes are brand new with tag, I went to the store to get them replaced as my kids have outgrown those shoes.
For the past 1 month they did not have the size and now they say it's past 45 days so they can't exchange them.
Very disappointed with Bata
They should consider the lockdown and closure of school before telling me, they can't do anything.
I am not asking for any refund, just exchange of size.

I was supposed to get a home delivery of a pair of shoes since the right size for me was not available. But the phone is never answered and is just for the heck of it. Should learn some basic public dealing and be available and responsive

I have been wearing Brand Bata since i was a child. Good quality at reasonable rates. But Bata needs to keep more variety at all outlets.

The showroom was fine & the staff very helpful but there isn't much variety in ladies' footwear

The staff here are really comforting. They gave me time to wear a shoe and roam around in the showroom for a hour to get the feel of the shoe as well. Good collection, at a place you can actually park your car as well. Thumbs up.

Generally good but does not have all varieties that you would find in the store in South Ex. But Bata is Bata, excellent stuff

It's a mediocre outlet of Bata where one can go and pick flip flops, school and formal shoes. The collection in the women section is really down-market, though the range they have for Dr. Scholl are worth trying.

I would like to request Bata to please start your Kalkaji store incharge to atleast be polite with customer and stop showing attitude. Because might be the opposite person on counter sometime won’t be every other person.because sometimes they don’t be aware about who’s the person who visited store.its really disappointing.

Good for nothing store. Only contains old and thrashed footwear with unpleasant behaviored staff. Doesn't contains footwear with appropriate sizes.
