Pathetic purchase experience. We were ready to buy 2 items within 5 mins of visit. Stupid salesmen were all everywhere chit chatting but not attending to needs. We just walked out. Learn some salesmen ship.

Bad experience. No staff to attend for a long time. I went with my mother and they were not showing the color options for the design selected even after asking twice. On third time they showed and were not having the required size. Kept showing me different designs.

Nice range of products but little disappointed by the employee over there because I have waited for ten minutes but no one asked me what I need over there and all the staff are available in ground floor only near womens section and only one or two are there in first floor.

Their system doesn't work, if wants to redeem my points than after Taking OTP and sweeping my points they inform you that system error so although points are gone but it can't be deducted from the bill. And the best of all, they gave me two size of the shoe I bought for my mom as gift. Professionalism to the max ultra pro.

Staff at this store are impolite and not helpful at all. They treat customer so disrespectfully.
Items are good but the store staffs are rude, even, bullying and less recieving so don't feel like buying any stuffs

Lot of variety. Ms. Hemlata, Sales Executive, is very aggressive seller with good knowledge of Bata Hush Puppies range. She convinced me to buy two shoes.

Nice place to shop for shoes and stuff but it turned down on the expectations since it was a bata store but you see more stuff of other brands placed there. Other than this issue everything was great the staff is nice they show you just what you need.

Good old shoes, not a great collection.but for the budget buyer the best that can cone with a brand name. Have been wearing these since school and still am not tired of them.

Would not recommend at all. Provided me a defective footwear and not replacing the same when visited the store with the product. Despite making huge investment into shoes, they couldn't provide me with a reliable product.

Lots of good shoes for men and women. Size becomes an issue mostly when you like something. Good thing is there are 2 Bata showrooms nearby.

Nice showroom. I am the customer of Bata since my school days in 1981. Tried it's many many brands but finally Hush puppies has become my brand of choice since 2009-10. A very comfortable n durable n convenient shoe. It is enough convenient when one has to walk longer or stand for long duration due to the work profile. Overall this is good store. Always insist for shoes which r manufactured not more than 3-4 months back.

Bata store located in Connaught place has a big collection of ladies footwear, along with collection from other names like hush puppies and Naturalis etc. You can get good variety of products and the prices are also good. The store can be easily reached by metro.

All the staff are well mannered with pleasing personality, helpful, shoe is also high best quality.we buy a minimum shoe and all are nice.

One of the best places to enjoy and have good time. The service is quick and the food quality and taste cannot be described in words. It is not that pricey.two people can have a stomach filling meal in under 550 (including drink and taxes).
Their staff is one of the best, super nice and extremely polite and helpful.
The ambience is perfect, no loud music and the playlist varies from good old songs to the smooth hits, both Hindi and english.nothing loud plays here which is why I love this place.

This is a little small place, seems to be crowded all the time because of space.collection is good.

Worst shoe experience of my life.

I had purchased 5,000/-
rupees shoes (Article no. 824-2032) from Bata Shoes, Connaught place, Delhi in Oct, 2012 and after hardly wear them 2-3 times soles from both shoes seperated. I logged a complaint and was happy that they took my complaint, but shocked to know that they will not repair it as warranty period is only 3 months and they are not doing any repair now. I request them that I'm ready to pay sole repair cost, but they clearly rejected my request. My question with Bata India. Why U r not able to provide repair service, if customer is ready to pay for that service? It would be good for the company to make goodwill with customers; otherwise this company will surely close with in silent in future. ADVICE TO CUSTOMERS - I shared my experience to save your money. Pls.don't waste it in such cheap service and products of Bata. Thanks.

Bata is a famous brand in India. Store has lots of variety of mens and women's shoes and accessories. Very helpful staff things are quiet organized overall good experience.
