No one pays attention at the customer. Everyone is busy doing gossiping and using phone.who is coming, what they need, they are least bothered.

Not one of the best Bata Stores in town definitely. The salesperson absolutely had zero interest or knowledge in selling the footwear we were looking for. Post billing the carry bag that we got looked like a garbage bag that was being disposed off. Absolutely disappointing!

Large variety, good ambience n location, fixed rates. After visiting other branded stores (like Skechers etc) I found Bata prices much reasonable in comparison.

Exceptional neat and clean retail outlet. The inventory on display was very well organized. The sales person offered a free home delivery as we could not have carried so many items we bought at Bata Shoes Showroom

Very humble staff. Helped my mother find appropriate sandal which was actually difficult as she has too much pain in her feet. They are very patient and provide every comfort to the best of their ability. Good collection as well

I didn't want to give even a single star but one is compulsory. I have been visiting the store since 7 years but never got my size or color. Poor stock availability and poorest staff. Staff is very rude and not interested in selling. It's like we're buying groceries from a supermarket. I'll refer you people to visit uttam nagar branch. They have good collection, good staff and good availability of stock. Janakpuri branch is the poorest. Despite of residing in Janakpuri, i have to visit uttam nagar branch everytime. Don't visit here. It's totally a waste of time.

Visit any time they don't have stock I was visit in janak puri store, uttam nagar and moti nagar too vey bed experiance

Very Polite and Prompt Service. Good Collection of all Bata brands. One word of advice. For every Hush Puppies shoe, Bata has created a similar product. So do ask for those. More or less same quality and also a bit cheaper.

Have been visiting this outlet for more than 3 years.good variety of bata and other marketed brands especially Hush Puppies. Selection available for all age group of kids, ladies and gents.

Their selection of handbags is also suitable college goers as welk as professionals.

For boys and girls shoes sandals as well as modern crocs lookalike are available at good price points.

I think, this is among big stores in Delhi. We could find good range and stuff for all except limited range of Hush Puppies. My wife could find a pair which is not easy as her requirements are very specific. This is probably as the range for ladies is bigger.

Worst experience. No washroom in biggggggger outlet. And staff tell me go KFC. All the staff think KFC is " mutra-visarjan" area. Too bad experience and will never ever go this palace again.goodbye Bata Janakpuri
