Bata Store

I purchased the shoes from bata in pacific mall subhash nagar which is worth 6000, they show some other item in the showroom and say that they will deliver it at home and when that item arrives at home either its quality is very bad or its size is small, After that when I went to change my shoes, the staff there said sorry, we can't change, even I have not wore these shows even once. Very poor experience, I would never recommend this to my family and friends.

The only footwear store in Delhi that refuses to give carry bag or you have to charge extra ₹6 for that.
By the way they didn't had change of ₹500 so had to carry the box in hand.
