Doctors are good.but there is always crowd of medical representatives around doctors cabin. And sometimes doctors are more interested in meeting MR than attending patients. Doctors should not meet MR in timings of patient visit.

Our 3 yr son was having fever fom 5-6 days and was not getting settled, so we admitted him under Dr Nikita Gupta in Batra Hospital. All the doctors nurses and staff are very caring and supportive. Now after 3 days of treatment my child is fully recovered and getting discharged. Thanks to Dr Nomita and entire team of Nurses fr excelled care and support.

My patient is admitted to this hospital, very poor management, the sister who attend us Priya. She is 4rth floor general ward. She was rude and misbehaved with us. She doesn't know how to treat with patient. Kindly trained her.

Pathetic worst service by any hospital in India, government hospitals are better than this I was waiting at manometry department since 2 hours but no-one response me until I knocked the door, and standing on billing for half an hour worst hospital I have ever been.

We came in Emergency fr treatment of my wife as she developed acute Gastritis. Treat in emergency was quite fast and responsive. My wife was admitted under Anushuman Delbehra. He kept us informed about line of treatment and progress of our patient. Overal services and care is very Good in Batra hospital and we are fully satisfied.

Inexpensive service and fast compared to the UK. But the dental/maxillofacial X-ray machine, was unfortunately broken temporarily. Also the endocrinologist was less than fully co-operative, with an existing prescription. But the international desk and doctors, speak fine English.

Batra hospital managment is very poor they only know how to make money.

Hi, I am updating my 6 year old 5 start review here, now a days from last 2 to 3 years, the service and thinking towards patient has changed a lot. Now after seeing cases of myself and my parents I strongly say to avoid this hospital. When you come in emergency there main aim is to admit them without any reason. I personally experienced it Atleast 5 times. Eg for same case other hospital days that there is no need to admit, Batra says you have to admit. When you get admitted they ask for many tests. E.g. My mom has MRI, nerve test and Echo test held one month back and now in hospital they ask for do them again, why. She have no heart problem, still they did echo when the doctor told us in opd after looking there reports that this is due to nerve test only. Today is my last visit to this hospital and now I will never come here again and I am updating my review here too.

This is the worst hospital i had visited. Only tries to make maximum money from patient My sugar was normal still they gave insulin and unnecessary medicines. Doctor is careless. Doubt their lab report authenticity. I have to get discharged in between after getting more sick.

Worst hospital and Dr Shelly Batra (Gyn) and his associates totally dumb they don't know how to treatment of patients they give wrong advice to me so that I lost my Baby. And management has not take any action on Shelly Batra for wrong treatment.

Batra hospital is one of the best hospital in Delhi. Hospital is having all the major departments including Heart center, Cancer center and dialysis.
Hospital staff is very cooperative and doctors are very renowned.

It's a good hospital with all facilities. Parking is free and inside the hospital premises. Premise is kind of old, need some renovation.

I & my mother have taken 2nd dose of COVID vaccine from this hospital.

One of the worst hospital i have ever came across. Do not recommend this hospital for COVID vaccination specially. Me myself is a Doctor and visited their centre for first dose of my vaccination today. The vaccination centre was quite empty, there was no
Rush at all and inspite of that the people at centre are not Checking any anyones bp, not asking anyone for their medical history or if they have taken any medicine or pill. They are just giving jabs without asking anything and telling patients what all symptoms they can have post jabs and what all medicine they should take. One of the worst centre, staff is pathetic.they should not call themselves as healthcare workers as they are not following any protocols. They are just playing with the lives of patients. People are paying quite good amount for vaccines but they are worse than any govt.hospitals. I don’t think they even have any good administration or management as there was not anyone to talk and when i asked the nurses why are they giving jabs without asking people for their history she said mam it is Sunday!

Nice hospital ambiance and the hospital canteen provide good food but the only thing is it's bit costly for the middle class people. This hospital also provide Covid -19 vaccination (covishield, covacin, Sputnik) and for covishield and covacin you can also do spot registration but for Sputnik you need to fix the appointment earlier. Atlast it's a good hospital with all the major facilities.

This hospital is only one Aim- money.apne ghar kangal hoke jaoge agar fever bhi hai to. Worst hospital in all over the world. They just give you unnecessary checkups which are expensive, and doctors (robbers) have also high fees. Don't know from where they got degree. Jhola chap doctors or businessman. Batra hospital is very old and famous for medical treatment. Heart specialist and research centre. Batra hospital is situated towards Faridabad road from BRT.
Batra Hospital is very big. Lots of sitting area inside and outside. We’ll maintain part surrounding with neat and clean grasses.
Canteen and eating separate area where you can eat something healthy.
Lots of parking area inside the premises of hospital.
Over all good health atmosphere hospital. Hospital staff are also cooperative and supportive.

The worst experience I ever had.let me give few glimpse here. (My chacha was facing a very serious depression)
1. They are having only 2 staff to make slip for the appointment (it took one hour to made my slip first)
2. Then they said doctor has not yet arrived yet (Doctor Dharmendra Singh). And they said to wait till for around 2 hours.
3. Then after 2.5 hours also the doctor didn't come and we have to leave the hospital without treatment (as I am unable to handle my chacha for very long time)

It is much better that you either go for some others private hospital or go for some other sarkari hospital

Batra hospital is one of good hospital in Delhi. Patients are coming here from multiple city and international. Doctors are good. Physiotherapy department are specially good. Batra hospital has a big infrastructure and it has multi speciality.

Plz don't go to batra hospital for vaccination
The billing people at main reception are without mask walking in the lobby and talking loudly just where you sit after vaccination, the vials were kept out of Sputnik v from before in no cool box like in fortis hospital, the nurse was walking without mask I was shocked just before vaccination the man who makes your slip was talking without mask loudly I had to request plz wear mask
The nurses dont check bp or oxygen saturation after 1/2 hour
You are told sit outside and leave I could not sit in peace outside vaccination room due to the 2men who was from billing walking in the area and chatting and standing there without mask horrible experience
I am shocked no security other people told them wear masks I am shocked nurse without mask I told the other nurse who was with her tell the nurseto wear mask cover self

Doctor Shalini Ma'am is like God for My family. My whole family is nervous due to my child is suffering Septic shock (Blood infection).
Ma'am is always believe to do best. She is Very knowledgeable doctor with an impressive persona and a clear and practical straightforward, Result oriented approach. She has a pleasing personality and excellent counselling skills especially with children. Batra NNICU Staffs are very cooperative. Latest equipments are available here. Most important thing. I highly recommended to Batra hospital and Paediatricians Doctor Shalini Ma'am. If doctor Shalini Ma'am Taken your Case it's means God with you and Your child in safe hand.

Further downgraded to 1 as there was no 0. It's a bad hospital with no sensitivity towards patients. In April I got covid and visited here, we had to queue up on the blazing sun and then though govt had put a cap for scanning they charged double the amount

Worst hospital. Please it's my request don't go there. Nurse staff is very rude and ignorant. Patient keep on calling but they don't visit and switch off bell also. On 23/04/2021 around 10: 18AM, I did my covid-19 PC-TCR test in Batra Hospital, but now it's 26/04/2019 around 3 AM and I'm I did not get the result of my report, when I am calling to the hospital lab they are saying you pay 4500 and we will do your test again and within two hours we will provide you the result, otherwise the lab server where we sent the sample is not working. I know situation is critical but this hospital employee is saying again and again tto rretest myself and pay them 4500, then I can Travel along with covid test.

Please avoid this Hospital they are playing with people lives

Last year my mom dad grandfather got admitted due To corona. Thanks to all the doctors who took care of them they are fine and healthy. They took really good care of them.

Super specialty hospital in this area on the panels of CGHS and DGHS. Apollo, Max and Escorts are better.

My first impression was good - not too crowded, decently managed, wide variety of tests, etc. However the recent experience reversed this perception - doctor came late in opd, she wasn't even the one who was scheduled to be there at that time. Even more horrible experience was when they did not conduct a CT angio scan properly which I realized upon showing their report to the doctor. The test required a scan of the full leg and was typed in the doctor prescription, but the scan didn't cover the full leg and was rejected by the doctor. It cost around 7k and went waste, plus the patient (a senior citizen) got hassled big time. Much better and careful service is expected.

Hospital provides professional care and services, however a few staff has scope for orientation.
Dr. UPENDRA KAUL, director, Batra Heart Center is best and excellent, He is Padam Shree Awardee. One can get treatment under him.

This hospital totally depends on its corporate office. And in Corporate office one fatty lady seating her name is Pooja, she is very Crowley and misbehaving by nature. I really telling by heart. I done all the test from Batra like Ultrasound MRI n so many blood test. Doctor advice for operation but hospital denied. People seating on admission in day time one lady and two others. If have a power in future I shoot them or put this hospital in well. Dirty hospital with dirty workers. Why government gives them facility. Please it's my urge to everyone save your love ones and don't take them for treatment to BATRA hospital Sangam vihar

My experience was good. I would like to add that hospitals are not good or bad rather it is doctors who are good or bad.

Horrible experience. Worst than any govt hospital. If you go this hospital in emergency surely you will die. Emergency Ward is terrible.

Doctors may be good but attendant specially Mr. Zareen is very rude and non adjustable to your condition. For them if patient want any adjustment then it means we are playing act and simply said go to other hospital! May God not adjustable to these kind of hospitals. Mr. Kejriwal must act such kind of hospitals! They are merely for business purpose.

Avoid if possible as one of my relatives had hip surgery done and she became totally immobile then she was admitted again and they said that it needs to be operated again. They have anaesthesia and then said she has infection and had her in ICU without operation. They don't care about humans despite being a private hospital.

There is no coordination between reception and doctor so whenever you wish to visit doctor so please do not rely on reception enquire

Nice, huge, very neat & clean hospital & research center, with all super specialty medical facility. Very supportive staff & medical staff.

Staff of This hospital is not at all friendly, they don't know how to talk with attendants, they were very friendly with whose who were in suits.and casual behaviour with others.in sort no sympathy, just pure business.

There is a serious concern on billing and refund issues by Accounts Team.

1) Hospital has generated two bill of same patient. Bill which has higher amount (51282/- after discount), was sent by Corporate office for insurance claim to insurance company.
2) Approval and payment was done by insurance company of worth Rs. 46528/-.
3) When i received the Final bill upon asking, i received bill of worth Rs. 41526/-.

The Hospital has been paid by Insurance company is more than the actual bill provided to me. Approx 5002/- has been taken extra by hospital. Where this money gone. This comes under integrity issues wherein you are taking more money from Insurance company by sending them wrong (Extra amount) bill.
Hospital was to pay me the difference of 4754/- while they charged me this amount as well in new bill. Moreover, i send a complaint on Feedback id on 19th, there is no reply or no action reverted yet.

I am suffering from fever, doctor adviced me for dengue and malaria test. Presently, my health is not well and doctor is on leave for 4days. Therefore, i requestedon call to lab incharge mrs neetu (available at that time) to email /whatsapp or via any other electronic media to provide me lab report. So that i can consult to any other doctor

This is a really good hopital. It is run by a trust. All facilities are available. They have 2 emergency wards. A General Emergency as well as a Heart Emergency. The OPD building has a big reception. OPD timings are 9am to 1pm.
The staff is really polite and helpful. I had gone for a MRI and everything proceeded smoothly. The OPD Doctors are all senior doctors with 20-25years of experience.
It is a big hospital and even parking facilities are smooth and convenient.

Such a nice and clean hospital to get treatment. We, every members of family love their service. May be treatment is bit expensive but you get what you pay for. I have had an wonderful experience from their doctors to nurses and safai walas to food servers. Cooprative and frankly help if anyone needs any help.

Got treatment of my brother here. I am thankful that batra hospital proved life saver for brother who was nose-bleeding for week and got unconscious. After operation by ENT specialist Dr Sunil khatri, Things are under control.

Being from medical background, my family was able to save my grandmother from impending medical doom that this hospital subjected her to. No protocol, lack of communication and unrequired procedures to charge extra money are just some of the shortcomings of this supposed hospital. Would not recommend it to anyone.

Worst experience ever, Want to know about the charges for a day and just transferring call from one person to another. They do 9 call transfers in 20 minutes for just tell the ward the charges. Pathetic communication with staff. Nobody is ready to answer, just throwing things one person to another.
