New location is under the Kalkaji Mandir Metro Station and new name is Smart Bazar.

My first experience of going big bazaar was very good. The management is very nice. There are lots of counters for different sections of the store.
If you don't have a carry bag, they will give you a carry bag for Rs. 18.

There is place for parking (chargeable) outside the Big bazaar store.

I order a stylon dinner set on 24th Feb 2022 which got delivered on 25th feb 2022. As i was busy with my work i didn't have time to check it as soon as it reach me. In the afternoon when i open it out of 24 piece which was suppose to be delivered to me i got only 16 piece.and on top of that the lid of one of the bowl was missing. For days i have called the CCE many times and even the store but no solution was provided to me.such a bad experience i have with big bazaar.it was so shocking. Their only excuse was the store is close.from 25th feb 2022 till now they did not reply my mail nor pick my call. A very very very bad experience. Worst ever

This is my first visit and probably my last. Though the store a lot of variety and loads of things to buy, the staff was not courteous and welcoming. It was as if like why have these people come here to shop.
Otherwise, the store had almost everything which you would need for a household.
Overall, a good experience for window shopping, but not worth another visit.

A good place for shopping for home also can come with friends and family and it is a very good there are big brands products and all the house hold items to buy. I will recommend you to come by car as ypu will find it easy to carry your bags as it is difficult sometimes.

This hypermarket is situated at the ground floor of Kalkaji metro station. This is also the nearest metro station to visit Lotus temple.

That's the 2nd biggest Big Bazaar I have see in Delhi. The 1st one is under netaji Subhash place according to my knowledge. The store is big and well maintained I reduced one-star because on many products price were not mentioned and staffing is little less

Prices on products & on billing software not matched at all, so much confusion, wrong weighing tags by staffs in F&B section.

Worst place ever.staff is in v.low number. Staff & customer care executive are also mannerless. They don't even accept their mistake. Pathetic place for shopping. They provide worst services especially at the billing counters.

Not happy experience. Free home delivery denied. Cartoon or bag to to pack biscuits not provided. The biscuits all broken into pieces. All empty cartoons belonging to customers are sold for benefits. Big Bazar engaged in Unfair Trade Practices.

Pathetic customer service. Unavailability of groceries. No representatives stand at counters including no knowledge of products. Unmanaged stuffs have kept here and there. Long hold queues else there shift was over therefore they don't entertain you at particular counters thenafter again you need to stand over at queues for the billing.

This is one of the super market of the city.
People like this do visiting here everyday.
I found it everything here from a small thing to our larg thing.
We cannot say that this is the cheapest market of the city but people visit here to purchase a branded product.
People easily get merchandise products here as compared to the outdoor market.

The product are often good as compared to the other market, hear the worker provides a very well defined service, they really behave as a good friend as a good human being to the customers.

I mostly visit there for purchasing something different for new because I get something new to branded at our normal price I really found different different brand there pooch cost can be low to high.you can have different product daily use product kitchen use product cosmetic product cleaning product.
It has a great collection of clothes there you can have clothes for your children for you and for you elder.

Scams in overall discounts. Bad customer service and really bad scams. The whole management is involved in it. Really wouldn't recommend anyone to fall for these scams they come up with saying discounts. The worst store ever ive been to. Kalkaji Mandir Big Bazar sucks.

Everything available from groceries to clothes and many other stuff. Price are also reasonable. Good place for shopping.

Horrible experience sales people are very good on cash counter taking one hour cashier does knows the rates of material
For your own money you have to bag them
Sale item on the cash counter charges full amount very sorry that 50% of the items they don't have only

Customer service horrible, staff loitering around doing nothing and blocking the already small passages filled with customers, checkout counters are also horrendous, no proper management along with haphazard placement of customers with their carts, blocking all possible entries and exits

Pros
Biggest Big Bazaar in South Delhi barring Vasant Kunj which is far away. Fairly well stocked. Has a dedicated parking. Accessible even by metro.
Cons
Parking is unorganized, possibly controlled by metro parking guys. No food courts like the one in Vasant Kunj. During checkout helpers are a scarcity. More often than not, one would have to do the packing oneself. Variety products lesser than Vasant Kunj.

You'll find most of grocery, kitchen essentials and daily use products with CLOTHING and FOOTWEAR too. BUT TOYS for KIDS are NOT AVAILABLE nor does the ELECTRONIC EQUIPMENTS. REST EVERYTHING IS AVAILABLE.

Customer service is really bad in here. The express delivery counters are closed and the normal delivery counters are flooded with customers. I had to stand in the line for half hour while I was buying one single pan and a detergent. Upon asking them why the express counter is closed, they did not respond.
The lady at the trial rooms is super rude, comments about how people look and their sizes. It's very sad to see thsi happening, while I've never encountered such situations at any other store ever.

This is at Kalka ji metro station, so, very easy to get to this shopping place. It has good collection of clothes, accessories and other items.

New store of Bigbazaar under Kalkaji Mandir Metro station in the Violet line and Magenta line stretch. Very neat and clean. Good flooring. Area is huge. Fashion items are also available along with Grocery and F&V items. Complete shopping experience. Staffs are friendly, helpful towards the customers.

I purchased some clothes yesterday and had to change a few of them for size issues. The procedure was painless.

Probably the best stocked big bazaar I've been to. You'll certainly get all your grocery done in one trip. But the staff was unhelpful and mostly just standing around in the way of isles

This outlet was not a big so so
People should go for search not for buy may be you could find good product as big baza is famous for that

No doubt that you can get most of the household stuff and grossary etc under one roof, but lots of things need improvement by Big Bazar. Sometime bills are not accurate and don't capture discount. Staff ask you to take big bazar card, if you refuse they will not support in packing the stuff.etc.
