I have purchased the libra sensor from beato, the sensor is not getting activated and after several calls to customer care got the feedback this version of the sensor is not compatible with mobile application and reader need to be purchased, no where in the web is written only reader can be used with sensor. The company is cheating the customers with incomplete information. I have wastage Rs 2600/- by purchasing product from beato. Just a warning to user who are connected with beato be careful of your purchases in future

Tried the device's. App is also a good part that helps to monitor everything on your screen. Very effective and accurate. Happy with the services as well.

Pathetic company, pathetic customer support. Looks like a fraud system, I ordered for iOS device & they sent me Android when I called the customer care then they tell you to buy a connector of 1500rs extra from apple store to connect this device. Anyhow managed to use the device in Android phone at my house. When you will start checking your glucose level the device will get hang itself & you have to use another strip to check your glucose level so that they can earn atleast from the strips. Pathetic
