I mailed about service but no reply. On the ptoduct they didn't mention their contact detail only mail ID which they are not replying.

They sale products across india through exhibitions and guaranteed about local service (product are very good in quality) but they dont had service network across india, so think twice before purchase.

The product steamer is just after 1 year it goes in fault. The water sippage in electrical heating system. Also not able to find service center details on website and in vadodara. They also do not have website Think twice before spending money.
