Services: Wide arena of services, with quality and satisfactory outcomes.

Staff: Very professional and friendly staff/clinician. I came across Ms. Jyoti and Ms. Sakshi at the clinic, and found them very professional, supportive, and efficient in their job.

Pricing: The prices are optimum according to the quality of service they are providing. There are no hidden charges.

Reception: The reception is efficient in communication and providing appointments. The check-in process is also smooth.

It was actually very good, I'm taking laser treatment and it is done by Rakhi ji, she is one of the most humble girl she is very cooperative moreover her way of interaction was very good nd yaa it was a fab experience with her

Terrible service my husband went there and they have putted wrong size patch, now manager Sunita of Pitampura have no time to entertain us and nobody is listening our complain.

Third class services with staff now, I was purchase new hair system from berkowits n it's damage within 6-7 months, rates are high & services was very bad. I am a regular customer since 9 years back but berkowits didn't deserve it, I don't recommend to go, whenever you go you a fool from berkowits

I am getting laser services done from Pitampura branch. It was done by Pooja Verma and she is very good in performing her work. She is very courtious and so welcoming. Every part of my body was done so carefully and she made sure that she shows me that is using fresh blades and spatullas and also she kept on asking every now and then if I am fine and the process is not painful. Amazing job done by her. I really liked her work.

Poor Time Management, Staff doesnt bother at all they only care for their own time schedule irrespective of fixing the appointments they keep asking the clients to wait for 1 hour, dont even care of apologizing to the clients for their poor management.

Pathetic staff. They are so unprofessional, i have been stuck with them since so long as i made the payment. They would give the appointment after 2-3week if calling them daily. Literals have to beg them for the sittings/appointments. I would never ever recommend anyone to go to this centre. Im not sure how other centres behave but pitampura/kohat management is super unprofessional and they will just waste your time.
They also created my false sheet/card due to which everytime i visit they will waste my 1hr. Im so done with them

They aked me to give a good review to avail discount 5yrs back. But today i edited and corrected so people dont get mislead.

It was very great experience I got professional service nd quality procedure from reema nishad. She is so professional nd v good attitude.

In vaishali centre the customer care is pathetic. Was given a time slot of 6 pm but the attendant assigned to me was busy with other customer and I had to wait for 1 hour since a trainee has removed my patch and now I can not leave the centre. Why such an appointment was given is out of any reasoning. On calling for the manager, she didnt turn up on the pretext that she is busy. Wont come again

All services are excellent specially Nadeem Khan has been exceptional with his work as well as human. I know him from almost 2 years now, earlier he moved to Rajouri garden for some time and I use to go there to get my services done by him specially from Pitampura. No doubt he is a great guy with excellent work ethics, he's an asset to your company! 5 star ratings for him.

There is no Coordination between staff and management. Very bad experience, management does not even know about there own products. They only charge huge amount from there customers and cheating them.

I started my treatment with Berkowitz 1.5months back. I was skeptical before to visit them but after meeting Nirupam and Dr. Pooja Singh there was a no way back. The way Nirupam explained the entire procedure and showed confidence in their treatment results was commendable. Also, after meeting Dr. Pooja i felt very postive. Although it is too early to comment on the results but there is very healthy improvement in my hair fall, visibility of scalp is decreased a little and also i feel thickness in my hair post their 1st Bio PRP session.

So far things are going good. Hope to gain confidence back soon. Thank you Nirupam, Dr. Pooja and Team

PATHETIC RIDICULOUS FRAUDS WORST COMPANY BAD SERVICE

It’s been more then 15 days that I wrote a complain and even after viewing it no one reverted or call which shows that the customers really don’t matter to you as well as you proved it that you are the most pathetic company in the world.and now the world need to know it.

I WROTE THE BELOW COMPLAINT ON YOUR FB PAGE AROUND 17 - 18 DAYS BACK. NO ONE REVERTED. I HAVE BEEN DENIED APPOINTMENTS THRICE THROUGH BHARTI TILL NOW. I AM A 4 YEAR OLD CUSTOMER AND YOUR PEOPLE JUST REVERT IN A SCRIPTED MANNER ON THE TOP OF THAT HAVE THE WORST ATTITUDE TOWARDS CUSTOMERS.

I am a customer of pitampura center and want to inform that your services in last 6 months have gone down majorly.you guys are short of good technicians like javed.secondly you have pathetic customer service team as these guys r too rude and don’t understand anything.after Monica MaM has left the management of the centre is all hereby and no one takes care of the customers as well as there’s a lot quiorse because your management is too stiff and arrogant except Sunita mam.kindly do something if you really want to exist in this competitive market as there’s lot of competition now because the new clinics with same services are providing better services with better experience and better prices.thanks

As being Pitampura branch customer, I am satisfied with overall services from staff members. They are very co-operative and very nice while talking to their customers. Service quality is also good.
Suggestions- You need to upgrade the quality of the patch when it comes customer satisfaction as your patch does not qualifies or match with the quality of patch in the market.in general. Front side of the patch is bit low due to which it does not stick to the head longer time. Hope if you can look into this side it will make your quality much better.
Overall I am satisfied with Pitampura Branch for services. Hope you guys continue to do the same. All the best.
