They do not respect clients time.
I have been here for 2 hours, three times the procedure has stopped.
Either its some personal issue of technician, the technician is not available or they are unable to work the machine.

The staff is audacious and dominating. Rather than resolving the queries they tend to be evasive and counter blame the customers. Even Covid Protocols are not followed there. Totally disgusting staff.

It had been for around 3 years I am taking the service of this clinic. Services provided by them are excellent. Staff was cooperative and did a great job all the time. I want to give my special thank to Ms. Himani, receptionist staff who is highly supportive, very polite, soft spoken having excellent verbal communication skills, who can connect you with the right employee/technician as well as handle basic customer service problems and requests adeptly. I have lots of acne issue and facial hair issue also but when i started looking for the permanent solution for this, after talking to so many dermatologist i finally end up with my search on Berkowits skin and hair clinic. I talked to "Bharti" on phone she was extremely helpful and kind enough to resolve my issues. Than i came at bengali market branch, my experience with the staff was extremely great and specially mentioned for the services with *zevei". She had done my all the treatments for acne as well as laser also with extra care and professionalisum. The way she treated me and making me comfortable and calm during my sessions was commendable. I am connected with them since September 2019. They are giving the best services and i am superbly amaze with the results on my face. Thanks to Berkowits hair and skin clinic.
