One of my known person recently purchased from Berkowits the hair patch and the quality has been nothing short of a nightmare. I felt compelled to share my experience to save others from the disappointment I've endured.

To start, the hair patch they provided was an absolute disaster. The promised "high-quality, natural-looking hair patch" was anything but that. Instead, I received a patch that looked like it was made from low-grade, synthetic material. It had an unnatural shine and an obvious, plastic-like texture that was a far cry from the genuine hair they claimed to offer.

The pasting and making of the patch is so bad that It didn't blend seamlessly from the front the patch is clearly visible it was not only embarrassing but also emotionally distressing. I had expected a significant improvement in my appearance, but Berkowits delivered the opposite.

Furthermore, the durability of their hair patch was a major letdown. It began to show signs of wear and tear within a shockingly short period. Strands started falling out, leaving me with patchy and uneven coverage, which was humiliating to say the least. This level of poor quality is inexcusable, especially given the premium price I paid for their services.

Customer service didn't fare any better. When I attempted to address my concerns with Berkowits, they were dismissive and unhelpful. It's clear that they are more interested in making a quick sale than in ensuring customer satisfaction.

In conclusion, I would strongly advise against choosing Berkowits for any hair patch-related services. Their appalling hair patch quality, combined with their lackluster customer support, has left me deeply disappointed and regretful of ever considering their services. Save your money and your self-esteem by looking elsewhere for a more reputable and competent provider.

People say so many things about hair transplant. But in reality it is so different. I won’t call Berkowits a hair transplant procedure because it is so natural. It is like regrowing your own hair.

My experience at Berkowits now is always great. The team of Doctors, consultants and therapists is very good.

I visited at Berkowitz Vikaspuri Branch for Hair Patch Service. I get the proper care and good staff behaviour specially Mr. Sushil has done a fantastic job with good behaviour.

I Have gone for hair Laser hair removal on 30th July, 2022 (After requesting multiple times). The staff just shaved off my hair and started rolling the laser machine just for namesake to which I enquired that you are doing it really fast as she was just sliding the laser machine. She completed the full body laser in less than 2: 30 hr. She said we know how to do it. I have taken laser sessions earlier also from some other doctor so I was aware of the process of doing laser. After laser, they said you have to apply these creams and lotions and offered 3 packets (Worth 2700 INR) which I don’t want at all. I said if it is required then give me the one which is needed after laser, and they have given me a cream the texture of which was Greasy. No invoice was given to me, was told that you will receive it by Monday.
I reached home took bath and when I applied the cream given by them and my whole body started sweating as the texture of that cream was greasy. I Washed my face and remained in AC and did Icing. After 2-3 days my back started having acne. I called the center that I am having acne and very dark and thick hair is growing back to which staff said to apply antiseptic cream and for hair, they said they are false hair and they will fall in 10-12 days. I waited for 10-12 days but the situation of my hair growth and acne was getting worst. I shared pictures with them they said we will consult to doctor. I waited for their call but no reply. I again called them after 10 days and they stopped answering my call. I keep calling they started giving excuses we are in a meeting why are you calling since morning? I again shared my pictures saying that you have not done any laser as the hair growth has doubled (2-3 hairs are growing from a single point) due to saving and they are not false hair, false hairs must have fallen in 20-25 days. Again, they said we consult to doctor but no reply at all. Since the last month I and going through such trauma as my whole body has been ruined by them. I have never used a raiser in my life.
Please don’t go to this center as they are fooling customers and just want to take money out of the customers. In the name of laser, they have saved my whole body with old raiser. I am going to take strict action against all which they have done to me and the humiliation and trauma which I am suffering.

Hygiene is maintained thoroughly, helpful and courteous staff. The services provided are of the best in town. Keep up the good work.

I visited Berkowits for hair fall, acne and acne scar treatment. I got all my solutions here. Technicians are very helpful and friendly here. They always take care of the need of the customers and guide accordingly. Great experience. Will recommend everyone.

For skin treatment, I went to Berkowits Vikaspuri Clinic. The receptionists were kind and simple to communicate with. The doctor recognized all of my skin issues at the time and began therapy the same day. My skin has improved dramatically in only six weeks. I am delighted with the services they gave. For your skin concerns, I recommend this clinic.

Only one intention. Loot the customer. Will not take any corrective measure if u are not satisfied. Rather they ll say. "Everyone like this product"

Very awful and disappointing experience as the results were poor. Their therapist- Khushbu is untrained and burnt me at multiple places.
