I got a ring platter from this brand after stumbling upon their Instagram store. The level of packaging was very premium and I received the product with no damage, the delivery time was quick and although they forgot to send me extra materials for the platter, they apologised and quickly rectified by sending the required materials on time. The staff was very polite in answering all my queries and I’m 100% satisfied with their product as well as their service.
I added extra pearls and some finishing touches before the big day. It was definitely a hit and got plenty of compliments for the platter.

Products received late than what was initially promised. Lack of appropriate responses from the owner. No refund no response for broken and undelivered items. Extremely poor quality of service for the hefty charges. Instead try purchasing from ring_platter instagram store

We ordered a ring platter for our engagement and it was supposed to be delivered to our house in Gurgaon on 20th and it has not been delivered till date and now you are not responding to our calls and messages. This is very unprofessional from your side. Please respond and update the status.

I got an amazing ring platter for my brother's engagement. I ordered from their instagram page what I recieved was same as the one which they posted in their instagram page. I couldn't wait to get my order right from day1 but after receiving I feel that all the wait is worth. They delivered it on time. Very bad service, I keep chasing her on Instagram and she is not even responding. Such a useless guys running this service, they don’t understand that people order the product with so many emotions and they just stop responding after getting the money, not at all recommended.
I will make sure that I will give you genuine review everywhere.

- The guard didn't allowed me to enter the society without knowing the building number, which is mentioned nowhere

The worst ever experience! I had ordered a ring platter from these people which had glass base in its pictures and lot of other accessories like tassels etc, but when it was delivered it wasn’t having glass base! After being asked they started making non sense excuse of glass cost is extra, you just paid for platter and not base etc etc. While these things were never told, when I was ordering. Delivered product was way different than ordered one. Also all other accessories were in dismantled condition and few were missing as well. They are very arrogant and never open to take any feedback rightly.

Her ring platters are one of the best that I have seen on Instagram, but experience was terrible! She won't answer your calls, she delivers something similar to what's shown, but color could vary, the lights might be there, might not be there.

Unlike other gifting businesses, you won't have the constant updates and feedback opportunity, we didn't see the product before it was shipped.

Will we use it? Yes.
But is this something I would suggest any of my friends too?
Naah!

The product was delivered in good shape. And when we arranged them together it looked amazing. I had bought it for engagement and it caught most people's eyes which had them asking the vendor. Keep up you great work!

Such a rude lady.i just enquired about the price of the product and compared it to same product on Amazon and told her that your product is costly so replied that “yeah i know you can’t afford. ” This stupid lady will now tell me what i can afford and what not.

The team create beautiful platters. I got one ordered for my engagement and it was really pretty and eye catching.

Kanchan is a big scamster and the rudest business owner I’ve ever seen. I ordered for a ring platter exactly how it was shown on their Instagram page with the exact same colours for 2700 rupees. Even after payment I confirmed the colours as those were very important for me. She mentioned it’ll take 7-10 days which was fine by me. On the 10th day, she doesn’t respond and then delays it by a day. I asked to collect instead of shipping so that I can check the order and bring my special tray safely. I asked for the location and still no reply. Again delayed by a day, then sends me a location. She doesn’t pick up the phone, after waiting for 15 minutes replies on whatsapp with another number to call who shares another location. On getting there I finally get the tray only to see has a very different colour. On questioning, the delivery person says the colour depends on availability and can’t give the same colour. On clarifying with Kanchan she was very rude in saying that’s how it is. If you need blue, we’ll put whatever we have and then you’ll have to take it. I had to fight with the person and put a question on their work quality since the tray was garbage for me, only then the person refunded me the money. Then Kanchan had the audacity to say that I don’t deserve their products

Dirty bad Experience, Fraud girl and company, should learn first how to do Business and treats with the customers, the reviews in their IG page are fakes too, they sent incomplete product, when we complained, she mentioned she will send the missing products, and later calls u liar and says they won't send, and refund only 100 out of 3100 that too using rude language and hate speech.

I would suggest WedMeGood folks to remove this vendor from their lists, I also shared this story with 3 Youtubers and provided them the SCREENSHOTS as well, all will follow this story.

If only there was an option to give zero stars. Worst experience ever. I made the big mistake of trusting their Instagram profile and photos. Kanchan and manish's Bespoke Storiez is a fancy name but is actually a complete scam. She gave the worst quality of gifting, highly delayed, broken boxes and now refuses to issue even the refund she committed to issue. After getting the advance she would not pick up the phone and the only time she came on the phone is to convince to give payment. Beware of their horrible quality and if you have made the mistake of ordering from them do NOT make the mistake of paying them before inspecting the goods. To ensure I don't write on their profile after the horrible work they did they have blocked me from their page. I have 50 videos and photos to show their rubbish work and I had to call off my entire plan to gift people because of them! DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM EVER!
