I was suffering from neck and upper back pain from past 1.5 years.
I was given treatment by Dr Shivani. She suggested exercises in phased manner and and increased exercises once I got comfortable. I am lot better now. Thanks a lot to Anodyne Spine and Dr Shivani.

I have started treatment for the sudden right body shift and sciatic right leg pain.
Treatment was conducted by Dr Shivani Sharma for 10-15 days which helped in relieving the pain and correcting the body shift. This was the second stint of my treatment after earlier treatment for shoulder rehabilitation in 2022 and have always helped with effective results.

I visited the Anodyne clinic for chronic lower back and lower butt pain.
I was attended by the Dr. Prince Chaudhary.
He explained the situation clearly. Due to my prolonged sitting job, my lower muscles were stiff and required physiotherapy.

Then I was given ten days physiotherapy session consist of various pain relieving exercises. Over time my pain reduces to almost nill and my lower muscles are no longer sore.

I recommend Dr Prince Chaudhary, because his professionalism and he provided me adequate knowledge to perform various exercises to strengthen my muscles.

Dr Prince is very nice and humble and explained various exercises and posture correction methods. I’m glad that I visited there.

Hey i m devanshu i was having pain in Lower back and leg thn I came to anodyne spine clinic where I meet Dr hitesh khurana then I get to know that I was having disc bulge at multiple levels thn I took 30 sessions under Dr Rahul sharma in which I get manual therapy, machines, exercise and chiropractic and home care program after taking 30 sessions now i m 95% fine easy to do my work in which travelling is more for me so I suggest every1 to come here every1 is brilliant and great knowledgable, supportive staff here.
