I had a premature delivery on may 16th and my baby was rushed to the NICU right after the birth as she was born underweight (1kg) and had severe infection and breathing issues. Dr. Manish and his NICU team which is lead by sister binila (including sister asha/sunita/suman/deeksha/kusum/siami/alka/) did a magical job.they worked really hard and did not leave any stone unturned to save the life of my baby and not only that they also kept me positive during this difficult phase which took around 37 days.but at d end my baby won her battle and by the kind grace of these people she is doing better now and is growing happily words r less to describe how thankful we are for dr.manish and his team.i highly recommend this NICU for premie babies.

Don't go here and certainly don't get treatment from Dr. Rajesh Kalita at any cost. I saw someone close go through a life altering experience after severe drug reactions. Patient had a small problem of stomach ache but during the treatment here, the tissues of arms, legs and thighs started to swell and slowly melt away. The hospital or rather the concerned doctor did nothing to contain it. We continued to complain about this but the doctors were never able to identify the cause. It was their incompetency and negligence or maybe greed that they kept us going in loops to do different tests, some of which never made sense to us. We never thought it could be because of incorrect treatment or medication and the situation continued to worsen to the point that the patient became completely bedridden. The lost tissue gave way for open wounds and bones started to show. It was only after the treatment was stopped here when the tissues stopped degenerating. It was found out that two of the medicines prescribed by Dr Kalita had a certain drug which caused this. The degeneration of tissues are primary side effects of this drug. The doctors at the other hospital quickly identified the cause and started the treatment. It took more than a year full of pain and agony to partially recover from this. And another to become slightly 'normal'.

We later found out that information about this drug is available on common medicine websites. Side effects are very clearly mentioned.
Request everyone to get good treatment wherever you want, but always question what the doctor says or prescribes.

Along with the best treatment facility I would like to appreciate the hospital staff for their professionalism and honesty as we forget to collect the gold mangal sutra in the x-ray lab yesterday and when I noticed today morning I rushed to hospital and met the staff Mr. Navin kumar jha ji where they said it was deposited by the lab staff and they handed over the mangal sutra after due formalities.

My experience was worst with BCH team i was going for regular OPd checkups (gynecologist) dept to Upasana mam n team, after 6 months my preg got complicated, mam stopped taking intrest in my case and I got admitted for preterm labour at night there was no facility of even ultrasound in emergency labour room, I lost my baby during delivery, nurses also was not taking care didn't even told me that my water is broke. Upasana maam was nowhere around during delivery and nurses and Staff took my case very lightly.
I lost my kid to almighty worst worst experience pls don't go to BCH in emergency.

I was suffering from pneumothorax due to an accident but due to Dr. Rajesh Kalita and Dr. Rahul Meena I got life ️

Worst experience 2year 6 months ago i had a c section.the doctor's left a thread in my abdomen after which i have had 4 surgeries. Government hospitals are better than this

Doctors are good but all efforts of Doctors goes in vain because of Nursing staffs (both male and female) of Hospital. Especially in patient Wards.

My first visit to this hospital had a very bad experience. Wanted to meet the gynaecologist in an emergency situation and the doctor was so arrogant and said that you don't seems to be an emergency patient. Do you guys want us to come crying and deing in pain and then is when you will look after. I will never recommend this hospital to anyone. Don't keep such doctors who can't do their duties.

Worst hospital and doctors are so greedy that if you go to consult them they will first ask if you belongs to rich family or poor family, what is your status, do you have any govt or pvt panel.so that they can make unnecessary money by making you full in pretext of boosting about you illness.
This is my experience I went to consult ENT specialist Dr. Shalini Jain, she did not even bother to listen to my problem, and started asking about my job and status so that she could know if I belongs to well settled family she can make more money. She just gave me her visiting card and asked me to come to her clinic. She suggested me to get CECT PNS test, and as per her suggestion got the PNS test and showed her my report.everything was cleared in that test but still she gave another visiting card and said come and meet me Maharaja agresen hospital to do Endoscopy, she did not even think that first prescribed some medicine and if they does not work then go for test. Now my question is if I have to go to Maharaja agresan hospital, why would I will go bhagat chandra hospital, why not directly go to Maharaja agresan.

My patient was admitted in Bhagat Chandra Hospital, but the medicines given to her at the time of discharge were not fully available. But when I spoke to the in-charge of the pharmacy there, I was provided all the medicines. I thank them from the bottom of my heart for this.

Qualified Doctors, nursing staff, other non medical staffs are very nice. I am extremely pleased the way they treat my mother in law who is a ECHS beneficiary by proving complete cashless treatment. Absolutely no glitch. Dr. Jitender Kumar, MD treated her is a very nice doctor. Other doctors whom I came across in recent past are Dr. Mithilesh, MD and Dr. Abhishek Kumar, DNB, Ortho. All are very polite and friendly.

Call on the given number and asked for eye doctor availability she tells doctor will come 10 o clock
When I reached there by 10 o clock
Then tell that doctor will come by 18: 00HRS

Very poor service I have been asking for and Dental appointments from last 4 days and they are not even responding worst Hospital I have ever been I suggest if anybody want a dental check up please avoid this hospital

The person who is maintaining evening section OPD on 06/08/22 has very bad behavior and talking very roughly.

Kept me at hospital for 4 days for a single test and then at 5th day said no that there is traffic jam and machine is stuck! What kind of pathetic excuse is this.

Good hospital near Dwarka flyover it's very close to Mahavir Enclave. But they don't have surgeon on Sunday. Charges are moderate. They have charge parking fee.

My uncle abhay kumar singh is admitted in bhagat chandra hospital room number 127 in private ward this hospital system is very good and it works very responsibly towards the patient and it's 24 hour services is best compare to other hospitals and it clears their confusion very well with the patient or his attendant

Useless n worst Hospital who kills patients in ICU without treatment with untrained staff and doctors who is doing ECG of a death person and attendant confirm that patient had died. Not giving any information of patients.they earn money by killing patients and making fake reports.they are not listen any single words.they are cheaters and liers. I suggest never go in this hospital if u want to alive ur loved ones suggest all you to not go.they will kill someone before death.

Feeling happy after token of appreciation from patient.gratitude to BCH management and working team for giving such a nice place to work and flourish.

The real condition is very bad for every critical patient, they are not providing proper treatment to the patient, hospital staff don't know to how to handle or behave with patients. They all involved in money making.

Super worthless and corrupted hospital bhagat chandra is, the whole administration is meant to make money anyhow, I did visited once for my wife's pregnancy pain and my wife was been attended by a so called irresponsible doctor Namita gupta, inspite of doing whole stomach ultrasound, she did ultrasound only to confirm me the pregnancy months and day, was I didn't known it before or does Namita gupta made a new record by confirming me the month and days, she did wrote medicine but couldn't prescribed of how and when to take,
Namita gupta just have made her visiting charging fees with benefiting hospital by ultrasound and various pregnancies test, I guess.
The hospital should suppose to loose goodwill on all social media platforms, and I will take this to all social media platforms, so that hospital and Namita gupta could learn a lesson and will start work honestly.

Worst experience with Bhagat Hospital money oriented people. No respect for patient. We had an ultrasound for pregnancy in the supervision of Dr. Ashish Kumar Sahu and they didn't even give us the full details of my reports and also misguide us that everything is fine nothing to worry. Due to this, I'm suffering from severe complications and now I'd to abort my child. Now we got ultrasound done from another hospital, he said that these things should have come in the first ultrasound, which has come now. Strictly unprofessional behaviour of doctors of Bhagat Hospital. We request to all of you people to stay away from these fraudulent doctors and be safe.

I came late in the night around 2 am n i was suffering from stone pain i the nurse misbehave with me and even taking in a mannner after that she dnt know how to give injection my left hand was swell for a mnth wrst staff

Good hospital in the vicinity, prime location, easy to reach, parking space is within the complex, many Doctors are patient friendly and with good experience and holistic approach.

Worst hospital for emergency needs. No cardiac ambulance. No sufficient ICUs. Incompetent and rude emergency doctor. Billing concern first. Charged 600 Rs for their OMNI ambulance with Oxygen facility for a distance of 150 metres from their hospital. Better explore other hospitals in emergency.

Doctors are unprofessional and they shout at patients, I have bad experience during my wife's delivery when the obstetrician Vini Jain and Namita Gupta were found unprofessional by shouting loudly insist of calming patient.

The behavior dictates for scaring the patient in pain and they will insist for C section any how we had normal delivery

I request senior Management to please take action on both by teaching them how to handle patient, as a doctor sense of humility is basic trait by giving equal importance to other person views.

If there would have been a negative rating, I would have given the same.

Time of dr appointment shared by hospital is not same as actual and they come late by 1 hr average and expect us to wait as if it is free govt.hospital

My Sister (Sonia) W/o Sunil (Room No: - 326) is admitted to this hospital on 12th March to 14th March for pregnancy check-up since beginning and my baby is delivered on 12th March 2020.
I really appreciate the efforts made by all Doctors & other staff. Everyone was very polite and explaining every small relative things very calmly understanding my curiosity & impatience. My mother in law was admitted in room no. 117 BCH due to low sugar. She has been treated immediately. All doctors and nurses staff was good, kind and understanding.

My niece vandita anurag is admitted in room no 117 and my uncle is admitted in room no 111. Staff is very cooperative. Doctors are very good. We only prefer bhagat chandra.

Worst hospital. I don't know who gave them the licence especially to Dr. Mitlesh Kumar for normal cold he asked me to do x-ray and CBC and he don't even know how to talk to a patient plus he never listen what a patient is suffering through. 0 Stars
