Bharat Communication / Samsung Service Center

They are amazing people. I did not imagine an excellent service considering this is not their main center and bias you have for this area.
They were way beyond my expectations.
Phone was repaired timely, was told exact time when it will be done, phone working great. I went for back glass repair and battery change. Charges were nominal.

On top of the top they delivered the phone half of the distance where I live. They did not charge any drop charges too. Thanks to the engineers and extra effort they are putting to make this center the place to visit for repair.

Enough knowledge executive available for resolving the issue.
The only problem is that they don't provide drinking water to their customer ️

I got my Samsung mobile m 21 repaired from Bharat communication. Anchal is the person who attended me. She is very friendly and co-operative.

Nobody responds on contact number. Samsung service from back end was very poor. Service centre mediocre.

This center is very bad, it makes money by telling lies, it makes customers stupid and it is spoiling the name of sumsung no one goes here

Very good service center with so many counter for customer support and management and staff behavior is very good and polite and very fast service for small or little problems and token system for customer and very clean premises and environment but charges is high for non warranty products and accessories but Samsung should check their price or charges for repair or non warranty

This service center is so bulshit thay have no manners how to talk costumer I have really bed experience.please closed this service center soon.
