Chandraman was exceptionally good. Got a Hex ga 400 ce guitar. Really good experience overall.

Literally dissatisfied with their service, I placed an order online and they sent me non playing mouth harp and upon complaint they said they had sent it to me after checking but that was an utter excuse. When I told them to send me their address to send it back which they agreed on call. They never replied to my message and ignored my messages.

I had a great experience at the store. Not making this up, but the staff was really friendly and helped me understand and quite educate about the product I was wanting to buy. On a lighter note, we had friendly conversations about different aspect of our lives.

I’ve been shopping at Bhargavas since 5 years for all my needs as they have the most diverse range of musical instruments and accessories. All instruments available in the store are curated to be the best of their kind. The staff is very knowledgeable and helpful with all requests.

Premium items sold here and best part is they have lots of options for everything. If something is not there, they will order for you and get it deliever also. I bought a drum throne and got it delivered to my place within 2 hours.

Got straight up hustled on this diwali. Purchased an Epiphone Les Paul Muse for 55,000 when it is available for 45,000 online right now. I also had to buy a guitar bag for 3,000 and got no extra warranty. The salesman also told me that the piece would new but there was no box included, and one of the tone knob was broken. I can not believe that I bought a premium guitar from the shop and got no discount and extra goodies. I’d have loved to shop from Bhargava’s in the future as well. I really liked playing PRS, for example but this purchase has been a bad experience so I won’t be shopping from Bhargava’s in the future and won’t be recommending it to anyone else either. 55k for a guitar is not cheap. The only solution right now would be a full refund so I can buy the same guitar from somewhere else for way lesser as the salesmen are trying to loot you otherwise I will just leave the review here.

It was nice to be at 'Bhargava music' store.really loved their collection of all the musical instruments. Great hospitality and service by their sales guy 'Mr. Chandrbhan ji'. In case you are planning to visit this place, do look for him.

Good collection of instruments and sound equipment, a bit small and narrow store.
Plus you'll have to take off your shoes outside to enter the store, which is frustrating

I went to service a guitar I bought from the store, and as always it was a wonderful experience. It's always fun to talk to all the folks working at the store, since they're musicians themselves they have a wealth of experience that they draw from and are willing to cater to all your most minute requirements and have great advice to give a beginner. They are always very patient and really listen to whatever you have come to the store to accomplish.

Great guitar shop with excellent customer service and wide variety of guitars. Definitely worth a visit for any guitar lover.

Good range of guitars. Good sales support. But they have old outdated models. Watch out for rusted guitars strings!

They have most of the musical instruments, you name it, and it's their! They also have a separate studio and amplifier room. The prices are one of the best locally! I'll suggest that you should wear socks in winters, they don't allow footwear inside!

Old family business maintained by new generation. It`s on the first floor and the shoes need to be removed before entering the shop. They have usual musical instruments which are mostly imported. The djembe range is expensive but good quality. The shop is handled by the floor boys who are more familiar about the instruments than the owner.

Trash store, broke my trumpet when I brought it in for repair, took no responsibility. The service staff is also super unhelpful, they’ve continuously been aloof. They have a a lot of options but their after sale service has been atrocious, atleast from my experience.

Today I went to their shop to get Acoustic Guitar Strings. The ambience is nice and well maintained. Though things are a little bit expensive here but I wouldn't mind spending some more in exchange with quality products and respect from the owner. The event that Made me fall in love with this place was I accidentally gave around 100 or 200 bucks more hurriedly while I was managing my guitar with the other hand. The owner of the store Immediately noticed that and informed me about the same that you gave us a little bit of extra money sir and refunded me the excess amount on the spot. This clearly shows that Owner of Bhargavs is a true gentleman in real life scenarios. Looking forward to come again at your store.
I really would like to recommend Bhargavs to all the people because you won't be able to find a single person honest and genuine like him in the entire market.

You name it, they've it.they are such humble guys, they will get you the best product at the best cost and you won't have to ask for any discounts. People from Punjab, Chandigarh, Andhra Pradesh, etc come to this shop to get things. This is such a great shop! Plenty of options and great service! Had a good experience at Bhargavas Music. Sales Executive are very co-operative and explain you well for any instruments you buy. They have lot of verity of instruments. Love to buy music instruments from a experienced shop.

The staff is friendly. The premium guitar collection is extremely good. The downside was, that if you're not there for buying, you can't really play the instrument with a pick/plectrum. I wanted to test a few premium Les Pauls before I make a choice, but since I wasn't buying, I couldn't play it with a pick. I'll take my money some place where I can play before making a decision

they will not allow to play the keyboard before purchase means you cannot compare.although genuinely speaking staff was decent enough.

Hi everyone please please don't buy any product from this shop! I had a bitter experience with them! I was looking to purchase an Audio Interface & called them to confirm the price & availability. They said it is available & price doesn't matter, you come & check! When I visited their shop they said only 1 piece is available & someone from Dwarka has already booked it. Then they tried to sell other brand but as I've already decided the product, then they had started their actual game! They told me that they will call the Dwarka customer & will try to convince her to buy other brand & if she agrees then they will sell it to me! They called in front of me & convinced her (all that was a game to sell the product at higher cost to me). After that they said you can buy it & it would cost you ₹15,500! They didn't gave me any chance to bargain! (This is a part of their game).
Later on when I've visited a shop in Bali Nagar, named Bharat Music to buy Studio Monitor & Mixing Mastering headphone, they said if I would have contacted them then the Audio Interface would cost me only ₹12,500! Bhargavas Music Lajpat Nagar took ₹3000 extra! So be aware of this cheater! Bhargavas Music has other branches in Delhi. Don't buy anything from them. Always check with all other shops in Delhi. There are number of musical instruments seller in Delhi! I'll never recommend this shop until they return my money!

Too expensive.service was good but employee behave like Boss of the store they treat you as a poor guy.if you need an low price guitar strings the told you we have only brands not a local. You need bag for guitar it's cost start 950/= they told it's branded and brand name is "Bhargava Music". Guitar normal black straps start 350/=. So if you a Rich then go for it.

Nice shop for Music Lovers. The executive gives you time and explain well before buying. I bought guitar for my son. They explained so well and I was satisfied. I got 3 yrs service warranty by putting up sticker in front. I agree and happy buying guitar. Will suggest all Music Lovers to try and buy guitar from Bhargava's Music.

Great Place for all kind of musical instruments and it's very hygienic and we'll maintained musical store. I purchased a Yamaha 280 guitar on 8 June 2020 and it was cost efficient and very good in condition and they have me 2 year extended warranty. I will recommend this place please do visit.

I came here to buy their most expensive sitar, but the five guys sitting on the floors looking at their phones wanted me to take my shoes off before I entered the store. With that much help, they could probably afford to have a guy follow me around with a broom. Anyway, I took my money elsewhere. Two stars because the floor was clean.

They have a very good collection of musical instruments and there is a good chance that you'll find the model you're looking for. The only drawback is that their prices are almost always higher than the rest of the stores. So before buying, I would recommend checking online if the same model is available for less price somewhere else. If it's not available then you don't have an option but if it is, you can either use that to negotiate the price or buy it from the other store. They'll give you 3 years warranty though so they use this reason to justify the higher price tag. At the end, its your choice. My visit to their store wasn't bad. It actually helped me finalize which guitar to buy and when I checked online, I found that it was available at my favorite music shop in Delhi for 10% less price so I went there instead. But overall, their collection of instruments is great and staff behavior is fine. You kind of get a vibe that they are a bit too proud of their store but it wasn't like they were rude to me.

Nice place to buy music instruments. They have vast variety of Music instruments. You can try and buy from here. I got my Electric Guitar repaired from here and there repair and service is also good.

Products are good infact most variety n premium products available at both branch Daryaganj n Lajpat Nagar but one bad thing is prices are too much than any other places.

Rates are too high and i feel like their motive is looting the customers.
Charge a lot for service and always try to sell you something each time you come for repair or service.

It's the best music shop in lajpatnagar, extremely educated staff with detail oriented answers but con is they don't allow pics when trying electric!

No matter who you are they will treat you like you are nobody to them. I am a Music Teacher and the Whole Lajpat Nagar knows me from Furtados, Bina, On Stage (every store there). They treated me and my student so bad that I had to call and place a request not to do so in future by there sells guy Mr.pandit. But he did the same again. I request never to visit until you have no other choice. From that point I never recommended any student or friend to choose this store in future.pathetic servicemen.

Same experience as Tapan. Asked the sales person for an electric guitar in the range of 50 to 60k but he did not seem interested in letting me play. The guy hesitantly allowed me to try a guitar after asking if I wanted to buy it today. He didn't even bother to suggest a particular guitar, just pointed in the general direction and was very lackadaisical. I didn't like the guitar I tried and left because it felt like the person just doesn't want to sell anything.

I went to Furtados and the people there were very professional. They promptly gave me a few guitars to try that would fit my budget. Played the PRS standard 24 for a good amount of time and bought it. They were kind enough to keep the store open 20-30 minutes beyond the working hours to ensure that I was completely satisfied before making the purchase.

I would beg to differ from the person who wrote that people at Bhargavas create "relationship" with customers, it certainly wasn't my experience. As evident from some other posts it seems like this is not something new. I don't even understand why these people apologize in the reply if they don't mean to mend their ways.

Staff is very polite and knowledgeable. I had bought two guitars: one epiphone semi acoustic and a mexican strat. Though I had done my research on both the guitars but their suggestions were immaculate. Bang on quality and by no chance you will get any products as fake. They sell guitars, drums, drumsticks, keyboards, digital pianos (I think I had seen one) ukeles, cymbals.you name it!
Great place to satisfy your musical palate and you can rely on their suggestions.

There After Sale Service is also good which I came to know after PURCHASE. Just putting their BRAND NAME (Sticker) on FRONT we get extended 2 Yrs WARRANTY on Guitars which I think is GOOD FOR BUYERS as You SAFE LOT OF MONEY which I didn't find anywhere else in any of the MUSIC INSTRUMENTS STORES located in LAJPAT NAGAR 1.

The guy in the store decided to write all over the back of the headstock of the Fender Telecaster I bought. I only found out when I got home. So annoyed! Completely devalues the guitar.
