The worst customer service ever, I kept calling mostly everyday for a small help, they asked me to wait 24hrs (which has been many days now) or else reverting my called to supervisor (who never answer the call).

I wish there was an option to put "minus 5 stars" to the problem solving offered by Airtel. My husband has an Airtel Black plan and now we need to PORT it out. But what a ridiculous situation! YOU CANNOT PORT OUT FROM AIRTEL BLACK EASILY UNLESS YOU UNBUNDLE YOUR NUMBER. Since 4 (FOUR!) days customer support is not able to unbundle the number referring to some unknown technical problem.

WARNING TO EVERYONE WHO WANTS TO GET AIRTEL BLACK: Once you get it, consider yourself in the black hole from which, by all means, you will not be able to escape in future. You will become an AIRTEL prisoner.

There is no communication between the employees of the customer help line. Everyday they call and every time each one asks to share the concern with them.

Also AIRTEL keeps charging us for these days. Even we don't want to use their service!

As well we requested to disconnect the broadband connection, however for 2 days AIRTEL engineers have keep coming to our home FOR INSTALLATION of the broadband connection. I wonder what language except English and Hindi we should speak to customer support to make them understand that we want to PORT OUT from AIRTEL.

We've already taken a different broadband connection from another provider and not using AIRTEL internet, but still they are going to charge us for these days. WHAT A GREAT BUSINESS YOU DO, GUYS! BRAVO!

Just want to tell you one thing. With such a treatment of your customer that we receive from you, your reputation will sink very fast.

Airtel Xtreme is worst not only because of customer service but also in terms of their other services.

I paused my Airtel Xtreme fiber account even though they charged me 300 for not using any data.
When I paused didn't received any notification regarding this charge so I felt like they r fooling us fooling customers.
If I would have known this in very first place then I wouldn't had paused it I must had cancelled it.

Choose wisely! And be aware of everything and ask everything before taking services

हद है आपकी सर्विस लिंक आया तो static ip गायब हो गया अगर ऐसे ही परेशान करना है तो बता दीजिए ये सब 1 बड़ी कंपनी होने की निशानी नही है कि अपने ग्राहकों को तंग किया जाए। हर महीने static ip का चार्ज देने के बाद ये हाल है #Airtelxstream ये तरीका रोड छाप कंपनी जैसा है।

Been complaining since over 10 years now but airtel is not at providing network coverage at my location. I have screenshots of the first complaint registered with Airtel in 2010 on Facebook. 5g has been launched but airtel is giving a deaf ear to my complaint. Gnet track data (latitude and longitude) had been sent to Aarush Srivastava, Arun thakur and Ajay B jamanpuri but no resolution.

Their application is the most ridiculous I have ever seen.
I used bsnl for mobile data, but everytime I used airtel for calls, they kept deducting 10+mb from airtel mobile data. I also almost 2gb from airtel.
When questioned them, they coolly say bcos you used more data. They act like they dont understand and talk nonsense everytime they are at fault.

I have raised a complaint for the pre-paid connection having issue with connectivity for call and internet, For the same they have given me the tat for 7 days. It means have to face the issue for next more 7 days don't know when this isse will resolved t. What abt the the plan we have taken why should I pay for this.if I have to face the issue for untill an unless my issue will not get resolved

I requested postapid to pre paid but no one is taking my request and saying they out SIM cards.
Such a shame this how they were giving service they wantedly doing.
Hyderabad Begumpet office doing same.

They are not able to provide good. Network in Rohini sector 8. They keep dragging that the network issue will be resolved in 30days. This is Delhi not some village in Tibet, that you cannot provide good service. There is zero network at home

I purchase data booster 3gb 4g data n o got 3g data, i make a call to the customer care they said thay will fixed it in 3days n they give me a mobole number, n they didn't n i call again they said again 3days still didn't fixed it n now they r picking up ly call. Airtel company is not a reliable network company, being a such big network its shame on your company.

Now this the Best you can get in Indian / Delhi - International Experience - World Class - High Class- Abundant Choice - Very Organized - For all segments and Classes of people. In plain simple words you can spend a half a day at this place and still be wanting to come back again here.

I'm sure that somewhere out in the multiverse there exists a cellular and data provider with more reliability problems and even worse customer service, but in all my travels across the globe I've yet to find one quite as bad as Airtel in New Delhi.
Nobody in their service organization can give a straight answer regarding their repeated and frequent service blackouts, and that's when you can actually get a hold of a living, breathing human being.
I've had to fall back in my US sim (connectivity through Jio) multiple times during my year in India in order to continue my work, which costs me ₹1500 every time I have to resort to those measures (this has happened in excess of fifty times since January).
I've tried multiple avenues of contacting Airtel (phone, app web, Twitter, etc) and all I ever get is a canned cut-and-paste reply about how they're so very proud of themselves for expanding their Network.
I've paid more to keep alternative access via a foreign sim than I've paid year-to-date for Airtel service, and I've even suffered financial loss from being unable to work, but never once has Airtel offered to help make that right. Never once have they even gone out of their way to recognize that I'm a paying customer with a very real issue in need of a solution.
I don't know if Airtel treats all their customers this way, but I have yet to encounter the elsewhere the extreme indifference Airtel has toward their customers.

It's Bharti Airtel corporate office. Nothing much public dealing here. Office is one of the best infrastructure with all lastest gadgets and best of technologiws.

It's one of the Nice corporate place in New Delhi. This place is the corporate house for Airtel, Maruti Suzuki and Hero MotoCorp.

Airtel advertising of fastest network is just farce. Any official can come and counter. Files below 1 mb too needs """circles""" for long. Best is network is shown as full strength while the call drops.
