I loved the pedicure manicure here mainly because of their special spa massage chair which massages back and head while one is having pedi/mani. I have never seen it at any other salons so far, that I went to. Highly recommend the experience of this head and back (spine) massage chair through their pedicure/manicure. Hair cut and hair spa services are very good. Their protein bleach is also very good.

Mr. Vijay Kumar is the backbone of this establishment. He is the reason for the popularity of this salon. I got my hair done from him 12 years ago, and since then I do not let ANYONE else touch my hair. Mr. Vijay is an expert in Cutting and Chemical treatments. I've got rebonding and keratin done from him twice, and left with beautiful results. He cuts my hair EXACTLY as I ask him to, and always leaves me happy. He is the Superstar of Alps. If you go to him once, you will never be able to settle for anyone else in terms of your hair!

Worst makeup and experience they charge very high bt they didn't work according to their charges

But their service is worst they didn't apply spray on hairstyle and didn't even use a single hair Accessories on bride

Vijay bhaiya has given me 3 hair colour transformations and all have been a notch higher than the previous. Recent one done yesterday looks awesome.
Shravan bhaiya the most polite and humble staff member of Alps will always give the right hair guidance.
Ganga one of the best beauty service provider. She makes the client feel comfortable.

Only thing I find lacking is their extensive waiting time despite taking a prior appointment. Need to improve on work delegation among staff.

Services are good and under budget. Also one can bueaty products, which are good. Professional staff.

Pathetic never and never enroll for any makeup course here in this academy. I paid 10000 for airbrush makeup and Mr Gautam sir the makeup teacher there always kept on postponding on due to some all the other reason sometimes they had their shows, shoots, bridals and on other occasions he was not provided with airbrush machine and foundation liquid for students to carry on the class and then later on his said that we should wait and I being a housewife could not wait as I had my other duties at home it has been 5 years I have never received a call from the institute to complete my airbrush makeup course since the money mongers have received their money

I took admission in three courses. The hair styling and make up course has many students enrolling.so it was completed but airbrush makeup doesnot have a good strength of Student so despite paying 10 k rupees for airbrush makeup course academy and it's makeup teacher Mr Gautam aka gaumsi sir kept on postponing the course, They started by giving one class with faulty air brush machine and dry make up products to students and again kept on postponing the class on pretext on non availability of air brush machine and products from the the academy. I being a house wife could not afford to go on random days without a schedule and it has been five years they have not bothered about calling. Me for the course despite calling up so many times. False practice to earn money in name of beauty courses. Beware save your hard earned money!

I have been a regular visitor since 2010 to get my haircut done. Everytime i visit here, my look gets change altogether. Highly Recommended. Look for Mr. Vijay if you want a new beautiful haircut.

Amazing hair service with complete satisfaction. I have been getting my hair service done since last 15 years. Mr Vijay has handled my frizzy hair with utmost care and optimum service that is neither to overdo nor left undo any service without satisfaction.

Its a very expensive saloon.also, i took acne treatment from alps, but in the name of treatment, they just made a lot of money by providing bad services and useless skin products.my acne is still the same.it was over only for the time i took treatment of laser and peel.then it was back. Alps is only for richie rich people who have loads of money to waste on such useless places.i am not going there ever now.

Vijay does a great job for hair related treatment. Parlour is good overall. Staff is very polite. Prices are a bit higher though. Sunil is also good in pedicure.
However, Ganga messed up with my eyebrows once, and I didn't like the waxing done by her.

Meri daughter ne yha pe ek selfmakeup course join kia tha yha k coordinator MANJU ne galat information dekar uska admission le liya or ab course complete karaane se mana kar rahe hai and jab mene higher authority pe baat ki to un logo n bhi responsibility lene se mana kar dia or saaf bol diya jisne bola hai usko bolo and jab hum wapas Manju k paas gaye to unse kaha bolne se kya hota hai ap written m dikhaye, written m unhone kuch dia h nh tha to hume apna loss bear krna pada. Police n bhi complaint register krne se mna kr dia kyunki hmare paas koi proof nh tha. Lagta Bharti ji n branches to open kar li but staff and faculty ko train krna shayad bhool gayi. Inki ek faculty Archna bhi bhut batammeez and bilkul bhi bado se baat krn k tameez nh hai and academy bhi uske against bhi koi action nh leti. Wo kabhi time P nh aati Or agar koi bh student 5min late h jaye to unse fine leti hai. Ye academy hai ya pta nh kya meri beti to bharti taneja k naam dkh kr gy th but she is very disappointed

Worst academy worst faculty. Manipulation of information is common at this academy specially in kamla nagar branch. It is mandatory for students to give positive feedback about them if some one does not do that they don't provide certificates to them. Thanks to Ms. Preeti who have shown that much courage to write in detail.similar incident happened with me last year but I couldn't write but after seeing her post I also thought of sharing my experience. Its simply unbelievable Bharti taneja k jitna naam hai but management utna hi poor and complaint karne k BH koi benefit nh hota. Brand dekh k admission to le lete hai but sachai enter karne k baad pata lagti hai but tab tak full payment ho chuki hoti hai so koi option h nahi bachta

9 years of my tenure in alps only because of one person Mr. Vijay.his service has never let me gone somewhere else.he has improved my hair like anything that I cannot even describe. I cannot even think of giving my hair to someone else for treatment.starting from straight therapy to hair spa’s. I only trust this community.

This academy is not worth taking admission. The.faculty named Archana has so much attitude. She treats her students so badly and I don’t why institute support her not to students. She insulted me so badly just because of taking advantage of her position. They forced me to make full payment at the time of admission and when I raised complaint against her rather than taking action against her, they asked me to leave the academy and now they are not refunding my fees. What they guys feels if they running an academy so they got all the rights to insult anyone. Can anyone please guide me what can I do to get the justice. Those who are thinking to take admission in this Academy think 1000 times

Here you get to see Life Clients on which you can work.all teachers are very supportive and caring natures.which is the best part for the every students. Alps is not a academy its a very huge brand.
