Rooms not as per the prices and unnecessary expenses without informing the patient and attendents.

Dr. Indu Bhatia is such a rude doctor she don't even know how to behave with patients. Even she don't give proper suggestions to patients after taking full consultation charges.

This is an appreciation post for Dr. Parveen Bhatia. He is very much experienced and knowledgeable. He is an excellent dr.and wonderful human being. He really takes extra care of his patients. Recently I had gall bladder removed. I had avery good experience of his expertise and well trained skilled team. Hospital staff is also very cooperative.

Totally redundant doctor short temepered my mother undergone a hernia surgery from him and after that she developed swelling and his behaviour is totally careless, without taking any responsibility for the wrong he said refer to another doctor as she developed swelling only after his surgery

Doctor parveen bhatia is good doctor but his behave hospital staff so badly and abuse hospital staff So never think to join bhatia global hospital.

In simply words he spoil my life.
He left for United. States without telling us that how critical situation we are in.
And you consider that we are your known.
Dr Bhatia atleast it's your duty to inform your patient that i am not available for your treatment its not the way suddenly junior Dr come and told us that Dr Bhatia left for US.

Staff busy on mobile in "ICU" while patient needs their help. No improvement in Patients condition even after admitted for 4 days.

All the doctors here are well-versed on the kind of treatment to be given to each patient. A professional, excellent and friendly service that I highly recommend. Once you enter here all your problems are taken care of by the doctors, so you can live life pain free.

Please don't get operated from him. He will never treat u well and will charge handsome money from you. Highly unprofessional and unethical doctor

Its humble request to everyone that don't get operated from here. Bhatia will empty your pocket as well as there is rare chance that your patient will be saved.

Doctors like Parveen bhatia are a curse for medical industry in our country, i just went for a piles surgery at his hospital but he operated me so badly that i have been fighting for my life. I m just 30 years of age and he has made my condition so bad that i have to go through multiple surgeries and still fighting for my life.
Our country does not need such doctors.

Worst TPA department of the Bhatia Global Hospital, Paschim Vihar. Rude Behavior. They charge in advance for all lab tests even after a patient have cashless health insurance. TPA incharge Manoj did not followup with health insurance on documents. I am waiting from 12noon till 7pm and still waiting to get discharged from the hospital. Hospital management says pay in cash and go even they don't have confidence on their documentations and treatment summary. Hospital is worst in management process and need treatment themselves I think.

Worst kind of behaviour by Dr. Krishnaautar. (peds)
A parent is already worried about the child.
They need a doctor to speak softly and calmly and not judge and humiliate parents.
Dr.krishnaautar humiliated us for things we did wrong instead of taking his time to make us understand things.
He is obliged to give business to the hospital but at what cost? (With in one month he wrote blood test for my child twice)
He is rude, arrogant and not at all humble.

I admitted a date -27/03/2022 and discharge 01/04/2022 discharge tym my fever is 103 and doctor discharge to me i saying i am not ready to discharge but dr discharge to me and 1/04) 2022 to 4 April daily fever and joint pain and pet mai dard

Worst for covid vaccines I had called at hospital spoke with concern person ms deepti she confirmed come and have vaccine and show me the otp after online booking. I did the same and reached the centre after one hour. After reaching at hospital she said its finished and giving some nonsense responses. So it's not trust worthy hospital

Worst hosspital. If anyone wants to lose his loved one, take him to Bhatia Global Hospital. I have lost my young son in two days of his admission there.

Find no difficulty getting vexinated in 1st and second shots also. Well managed in quite heiginec atomosphre got vexinated. Services are really appreciable. I recommend others.

Needs improvement, short of space but the staff is efficiently working within their limitations. Good keep it up.

The hospital is actually great. The staff is very helpful and nice and the atmosphere also gives motivation to patients that they will get healthy as early as possible. The doctors are very experienced here.

This hospital has the best Physiotherapy team that I've come across. There are all the required facilities for the best possible treatment of patients. Doctors and the staff are very polite, cooperative and friendly. Do visit here once if you're not happy with your treatment elsewhere and don't know what to do.

Not today but have been associated with the institute for last couple of decades and I've always observed that the management and their staff are always ensuring best possible assistance to their patients. Very dedicated physio therapy staff, which must be applauded. Dnt have the right words may be but to be Dr. Supriya Anand is my wonder magic woman, who has enormously with her efforts and teams dedication always got me out of various spinal and knee issues, which seemed impossible from my end. Excellent experience getting COVID vaccine. The staff is polite and very helpful. I would recommend eligible adults to get their vaccine at this center as early as possible to increase the herd immunity.

Really great staff at work in physiotherapy department. The team is super friendly, professional and polite. Highly recommended place for yours therapy needs! Clean and quiet environment. I am happy with the level of treatment provided to me by Shikha and Pooja both.

I have undergone bariatric surgery and Blessed to have this from hands of magic man. Dr Bhatia. He also operated my mother, my best friend and my son for hernia. Worst peditrician. Charges were also very high.always do delivery by operations. Money minting. Not at recommended.

It's not a hospital it's scam to snatch money from you they will charge you unnessary. And still will not be able to cure you in time.

This was the first time I visited Bhatia Global Hospital for my surgery and the service I received was really appreciating. The staffs were very disciplined and well behaved. World class dialysis unit with separate unit of hep b and hep c.single use dialyzer for ESI mediclame and cghs.

The doctors here actually give you an option to select between jaundice, malaria, typhoid. Utterly unprofessional.
My father went there for normal heart check for insurance purposes and he was informed that “he is having” a heart attack.
My grandfather had his Chest X Ray done and the report suggested he had Pleural effusion. When afterall he had none. UNQUALIFIED, THIEVES FOR DOCTORS. Have already registered a complaint to PMO and AIMA.

Pathetic facilities and ridiculous doctors. No empathy for the patients and have no idea of what to do. My mother dislocated her wrist bone and they said it's a fracture. They insisted on an instant surgery. Just to make money. We didn't pay and took our patient to another Ortho who fixed it easily without a surgery. Please don't go to this hospital.

Oh boy, don't even want to talk about it.for 45 minutes we had to stand to know the price of the ultrasound. Extremely sick and slow service. Charges too high.

This is our first referral point for any kind of medical issue. My both daughters were born in this hospital only. This is our first reaching point whether for any casual medical issue or any kind of exigency. The kind of trust is generated by the services and competent doctors is highly commendable. Recommended!
