Worst experience ever had, I purchased contact lenses and spectacles 3-4 months ago, i faced so much trouble, after wearing contact lenses for 1 hour, automatically moisture appearing on lenses. 3 times they replaced my contact lenses as they said but same issue happening again then i decided to get the refund from them, they refunded me after wasting my so much time of 15-20 days. Later on i ordered contact lenses from Lenskart and they were perfectly fine, i can wear them daily for 10-12 hours without moisture.
They don't even have knowledge about powers of contact lenses and glasses. It's been 4 months completed, whenever i wear glasses or spectacles, headache and strain to my eyes. Then i visited other 2-3 optical shops near by my house as they said powers of your glasses and contact lenses are different that's why you are having headache and strain to your eyes and brain whenever you wear them.
Will never recommend anyone for purchasing contact lenses or spectacles from this shop, moreover their cost is 30% higher if you compare to other optical shops.
