Apke assistant (raj) ka bihaviyar acha or kuldeep ka bhi (raj) problem samjhta hai jo bta do but acha kaam hogya vo karwa deta h coustmer ko ache se dekhta h apke mannager bhi thik h finaly kaam to karwa diya

Miserable service all mechanic and staff here are incompetent due to such service center brand like Vespa has failed in India, I got my Aprilia serviced here last week and I received horrible service that my working scooter started having acceleration issues and they charged extorbant amount.avoid there mechanics kuldeep, omveer and Salman they are only working to extort money for owner.

Please for your own benefit avoid this service station they are scamsters.

Very poor service.my sr 160 is not starting and local mechanics cannot service this model.nobody is coming from the dealer despite repeated calls. Please do not buy this model

They don't do servicing properly.do not attend to complains mentioned, but charged heavily.highly not recommended for servicing.

I bought a second hand scooter and when the first time visit service center they give me bill 5000 rupees for just normal parts like air filter brake shoes ok i pay the then i realize they stole some parts of my scooter i talk to the person who's doing the work he said sir your scooty doesn't have kick then I shout loud in the place then they arrange kick my kick again but they broke my scooters floor board which costs 4k-5k fkin creeps staff always tell you lies when you abt your scooter they never have parts n when they have they make it more n more expensive product is good but the service is worst

Service personnel are excellent and service was done in a short time. It was a great experience in servicing the vehicle.

Worst service provided by bhawani auto. There staff misbehave with customer and don't know how to treat customers. Not recommend at all!

Woke up and reached, felt comfy with the chilly office and the Guy Mr. Pradeep assited me with the whole dedication towards the work actually it was first service and was quiet good impression.

Overall experience is good, but customer relationship is little laid back, and little issue in pricing, and there are online videos on YouTube showing that with Aprilia Scooters you will get Rain covers & Good Quality Branded Helmets whereas you won't get these items on this dealership.

I have been using the services of Bhawani Auto for more yhan 2 yeara now. They have always provided the best Aprilia service.

I am updating my review here. The first time i went here, it felt like they were not giving proper attention to us. Later part of the week, i received a call from the manager (Yash). Very nice guy. Polite and professional. He offered a good discount. I ended up buying Aprilia scooter from here. Although, i would still say that finance guy can do better. Rest of the staff, very good! Overall nice experience!

Had an appointment here prior to service and they attended me really well. Got free on time. Everything here was good and quick.
